Hello,
I would like to sell a used LEGO set here on Bricklink. Well for me it is
not quite clear what I have to pay attention to in Germany with regard to the
Tax or any other charges. Does anyone know much about it and can tell me
help?

Thanks in advance!

Best wishes

If you want to sell your one set quick, Ebay is the fastest.

To sell on Bricklink you need to upgrade to seller, after meeting the requirements
and then await the new seller verification process.

What about taxes?

What about taxes?

The tax situation varies greatly by country. I don't know much about Portugal,
but here in the U.S., there are two main types of taxes that sellers should be
aware of. The first is state sales tax, paid by the buyer at the point of sale
and collected by BrickLink to be remitted to the buyer's state. The second
is income tax, paid annually by the seller directly to the federal government
if their income meets a certain threshold. I would imagine that Portugal has
something similar to both of these types of taxes; I believe that what is called
"VAT" in Europe is essentially the same thing as sales tax in the U.S.
