I have a question, maybe someone knows some rule.
In the past, modular instructions were wrapped in foil sealed with a seal.
What does the number on the seal mean?
For some time now, the instructions have been wrapped in heat-sealed foil in
modulars.
Do you know what was the packing version of the instruction for 10211?

I have never seen instructions in foil, only loose or in plastic. Perhaps it's
a regional thing?

Anyway, search youtube for 'LEGO 10211 unboxing' to get lots of views
of the set.

Good luck,
