| Hi. My question - once an order is received and I select completed, is there
a way to have these parts be accounted for in a Wanted List that I have created.
eg. Created a Wanted List with the name "R2D2". Ordered and received most of
these parts. Now I want to have them ticked off from my Wanted List and then
show what is remaining to order... or do I have to do this manually somehow?

Frankly, I prefer to do it manually (you can search your order in all your WLs)
but if you’ve only one WL and are cautious you can use “Apply Order.”
It’s a button on the top right row of buttons when you’re looking at a WL.
Click on it, it will ask you for which order to apply. Once the order is applied,
the Have quantities will be changed accordingly. The Want quantities won’t change.
It will affect the WL’s fulfillment percentage.
The problem with that tool is that it doesn’t remember applications: you can
apply the same order multiple times, even on the same list! So parts may be
counted multiple times.
And the Have field isn’t used everywhere: sometimes, it’s (Want minus Have) that’s
used, sometimes it’s only Want and Have is ignored. So you might end up buying
things you already have.
