First you need to add the part with a sticker to the catalog. You may do that
here:
https://www.bricklink.com/wantedCatalog.asp
Then you need to add an image. You may do that here:
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogImageAdd.page
Once the new part has been approved, then you can submit an inventory change
request to add it to the set's inventory.

Hello. I haven't tried to add any parts to the catalog yet and am trying
to part out a used 70922. So I go to those/that link(s) and follow the instructions
to add all the stickered pieces?
