The steering wheel indicated on the building instructions is not in the parts inventory
There is no such part on the parts list for this set printed on box. I agree
that this part is visible in "instruction sheet" but it is more like a decoration
there this part isn't in any minibulids there also it isn't visible
on the box front. Parts list is in this case very clear.
