The part you're requesting is already listed in the set as an alternate.
However, I do think something odd is going on here. The PCC in the instructions
is not even in the BrickLink catalog.
Marek, I imagine you'll want to take a look at this one.

Inventory is correct in my opinion. Both variants can be spoted in this set.
Even LEGO official inventories shows that 6.6L bar was still in sets till 2010
(our database till 2011) https://brickset.com/parts/design-4095. This is 2008
sets and there are many sets with 6.6L bar in this year https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=4095&in=S&itemYear=2008&ov=Y.
6L bar started to show from 2006, the same date suprisingly is showed in both
databases, our database and LEGO database https://brickset.com/parts/design-63965
So this set is exactly in the years when change betweeen these two parts occur
(2006-2010).
I tried to check some reviews and speed build of this set and it is hardly visible.
Black one for example is visible very nice in two reviews that it is 6.6L. It
is easy to check because not only length of these parts is different but thickness
of the stop ring is also different, it is thiner in 6.6L.

So it is very possible that LBG could be also in this variant. Only in first
video LBG is briefly and hardly visible in build (5:22) and I think it is thin
ring (this speed build is from sealed bags).
BYW This set was also inventoried from Sealed Set Content in the year of release.
P.S.
Robert I think this PCC should be added to older 6.6L one look that ring is thin
on the render of this part in the instruction. LEGO I see differates very well
renders for this part:
