| I've searched under "cloth" and "cape" in the inventory but can't seem
to find this cape I've got in my bag of spare parts. It's red, and just
like a standard starched cloth cape, but with an extra oval hole in the middle,
halfway between the small neck hole and the bottom of the cape. It looks Lego
not custom. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I don't understand how a hole can look like it was made by Lego.

LOL!! I think it was meant that the CAPE looked like it was made by Lego, not
the hole.
Anyway, I don't know of any capes that would have that extra oval hole in
them. What purpose would it serve? In case the minifig had a tail?

I think that may be it. Isn't there a Superman dog that has a red cape?

Looks like I was wrong. There is a Superman dog, but his cape doesn't come
with an extra hole for his tail.

LOL Sorry - I meant I think the hole was made by the Lego company, not a custom
addition by the user. The hole is exactly the same as the oval holes found in
part 35978 cape for Wonder Dog (for his arms, not tail), and looks highly machined
- accurate and as if created by machine not by hand.
Puzzling eh?
