Hello fellow Bricklinker

I have a small issue with one of my Bricks...... I can not find them !!!

The Brick is a Slope with the Partnumber 3040 and the color is Tran Neon Green
but mine has a frosted interior.

So i was looking around but found no entry in BL.

Anybody has an Idea what it is.

Oh yes there is the LEGP LOGO on the Stud.
