This is part is not within the Instructions

Inventory of this set is based on Sealed Set Contents and also later confirmed
from this same source. Part is listed on parts list in instruction. Models shown
in instruction are only examples what can be build from parts included. Finally
part is also visible on official photo of his set Request rejected.
