| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Add 1 Part x1582 Yellow Duplo Hook Long with Cross Bar

As shown in the picture used on your site on the back of the truck. The picture shows the item in red although I can only find evidence of yellow ones being provided or available.

This request has not been approved.
The reason is that the correct part for the set has not yet been added to the
catalog. Adding only the hook would not match the way the set originally came.
Instead, a new complete assembly should be added to the catalog which consists
of:
and
Then that complete assembly must be inventoried and added to the inventory of
the set. This will maintain the correct part count of 16 pieces as shown on
the box and will also match the part inventory shown on the box (photo attached).
I confirmed the accuracy of this set in January, 2018, but my confirmation was
flawed because I disregarded the hook. I have added an inventory note to the
set which explains the situation. If anyone has a photo of the missing part,
then please reply to this message with the photo and I will take care of everything
else.

Hi Robert
So it's better not have a right part in the inventory (even it's not
the assembled one)?

It's definitely debatable. I felt like having an incorrect inventory was
not the appropriate choice in this case, since it would have to be corrected
at some point in the future.
Having said that, the hook has been in the catalog since 2012 and the set since
2001 - and ain't nobody been interested in adding the correct part to the
catalog yet. So there's a point for incorrectly adding the hook.
For $1.20 and shipping a person could have both pieces and make the new catalog
entry. Perhaps I'll do that.
