Hi
No...
My source: instructions on Peeron!
there are 3 in use for the horse
http://www.peeron.com/scans/726-1/13
actually there is no minifig at all because all three head+hat+torso are separated
from the legs
count:
3x in white
3x in yellow
3x in blue
5x in black =
2x http://www.peeron.com/scans/726-1/9 and
3x http://www.peeron.com/scans/726-1/13
Don't know if there is/was a 3th legs part - as extra - to complete the 3th
minifig.
Isn't it better to remove the minifig and put all parts in the inventory
separate?
Stefaan

| There shouls be 5 of them. Currently y of them are listed. I just asked a collector
from Sweden.
I believe the windows 29 should be removed. Never saw them withput glass.

This request will not be approved because there appear to be 5 of these legs
in the set according to the set instructions and approval of this request would
drop the number to 3.
However, it does bring up an interesting point: the minifigures in the set are
incorrectly assembled. As Stefaan pointed out, some changes to the minifigure
parts would be appropriate. He suggests removing the figures and having only
the parts in the inventory and that's not a bad idea since the instructions
don't really show complete figures.
The other option would be the addition of a new figure to the catalog which is
assembled like this figure from the torso upwards:
but includes this part in black as the legs:
Then 2 of those would be included as figures as shown in the instructions and
the cowboy on the horse would have only his parts (torso, head, hat) in the inventory.
As for old029, the instructions don't show that figure assembled that way
and it could be marked for deletion.

Someone has pointed out to me privately that the way the figures are inventoried
in this set is something of an unwritten rule for these types of figures. They
are special exceptions which should be addressed in writing, but are not.
Since there is no guidance in the Help sections regarding these types of figures,
I will wait until it exists before doing anything further with these figures.

| Approved or rejected, there are only 5 of
not 6. Do I need to submit another request?
As I mentioned before, a collector checked his set and confirmed this. I can
also upload photos of Bluxe, if necessary.
Note that this set is the first train in which minifigure appear!
This set was released in 1976. I checked all catalogs I could find from 1977
but it did not appear in any of them.

Hi
At that time we have more minifigs build up when they sit down.
In this set, it looks we have 2 minifigs but not one, (or: only '1' and
a half )
when that '1' is also sit down.
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=617-1
http://www.peeron.com/scans/617-1/1
This one, not a real minifig because the motorcycle is part of it
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=659-1
http://www.peeron.com/scans/659-1/3
This is a correct one: we have sit down but can build up as a minifig without
extra's.

http://www.peeron.com/scans/696-1/1
about use the 3004 part, already in use are the slope parts
