Is there a reason for moving the part from alternate to regular or was this an
error when submitting the form?

The up/down keys in my new PC are half-size, sometimes I miss the proper hit.

That image is currently visible when clicking on the instructions entry for the
set. As far as changing how it is viewed/where it is located, that is a request
you would need to make to the catalog administrators.
