Photos are courtesy of the owner of Bluxe.
The Black Brick, Round 1 x 1 should be solid stud as regular because this set
was released in 1980 as did 7750. In 7750, I have a photo of sealed one in which
Brick, Round 1 x 1 Open Stud were used. See photo 1 in which 3062b is visible.
So the switch from 3062a to 3062b happened in 1981. See photo 2 in which the
production date of the motor is readble (22th week in 1981)

What action we can do for the head if minifigs? they are hear all solid stud
ones.

So the photos you posted are of set 7750 and not 7740, correct?

The issue of solid-stud/blocked open stud/recessed stud minifigure heads is a
very old issue which has been hashed over many times here in the forum. This
will be fixed at some point in the future, I assure you, but unfortunately that
time has not yet arrived.

The photos I posted here are from 7740 given to me by BLuxe.

I referred to 7750 because of the two Brick, Round 1 x 1 solid Stud used in it.
This gives a proof that in 1980, the "brick, Round 1 x 1 solid Stud" was used
for all sets in that year.
I uploaded that photo of 7750 here again, but refer to my request for 7750 for
more photos. (I can ask more photos of the owner, but we can clearly see that
they are solid stud)

P.S. I had so many typos:

What action we can do for the head if minifigs? they are hear all solid stud

ones.

No, it doesn't. Different colors faded out at different times, and we have
a lot of evidence that the hollow stud was in full production by 1978.

That's disaapointing and stressful.
Anyway I had 316 from 1978 and it came with solid stud 3062a.
In most of them, we can check the instructions but I guess that's not enough.

I had this one, and every gun on the ship was hollow:

Set No: 398 Name: U.S.S. Constellation
*
398-1 (Inv) U.S.S. Constellation
978 Parts, 1 Gear, 1978
Sets: Hobby Sets

I've already been through the instructions, as part of a complete study of
the timeline of this part. Instructions were typically printed early, and they
were also rarely updated with the correct variant.

I had 316 and gave photos for 7750. I just saw some of my requests were rejected.
I think it is more constructive if you let me know the reason.
