Here's the thing with deleting extras: we don't do it (except in extreme
cases when they're obviously wrong). Extras are just that - they may be
there and they may not.

If you got 'em, then great. If not, then know that someone else in a
different market (England, in this case) did get them.

Therefore, much as I dislike rejecting requests, these will not be approved.
