| I'd like to suggest the ability to combine wanted lists, or be able to upload
into existing wanted lists.

So, I found a way to do it. Once you're in the list, you can in fact hit
Upload and a single drag-and-drop window opens and you can put your .io file
in there. Then it'll say if you don't exclude the parts, it'll just
add it to the existing list. This is different behavior from the initial wanted
list page where you can put in a file or paste XML. If you select an existing
list from that page it won't let you do it.

It’s a bit confusing that the behaviour is different when the name is the same
but at least we now know a way to do it
