Impoverished Timothy with the green hat has been in the BrickLink catalog with no year of release for 14 years and, frankly, I'm tired of looking at his freckled face every time I view the figures missing a year of release. All his parts are in this set and if we're going to keep the dude around, then let's add him to a set.
