Please make it so the Order Not Yet Invoiced link on My Action items includes
all orders that are not yet invoiced regardless of the order status, unless of
course it is a cancelled order.
Orders that are set to packed but not yet invoiced should still show, and orders
that are accidentally marked as shipped or completed by the seller should still
show in the orders not yet invoiced.
