| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Change 1 Part Yellow {3626bp01 Minifig, Head Standard Grin Pattern - Blocked Open Stud to 3626ap01 Minifig, Head Standard Grin Pattern - Solid Stud}

Hi,
I recently found this minifig's inventory and found totally non-sense that the blocked open stud version head was used for it. It was a quite new idea of Lego that they used open studs for minifig heads. Since this minifig appears only in the set 6607 from the year of 1982. At this time Lego used the solid stud version heads: 3626ap01.
You can check even the instruction manual, e.g here: http://lego.brickinstructions.com/06000/6607/002.jpg

Peter

This is a known issue and it will be addressed in the near future. Until that
time, any requests involving the stud type will be processed according to the
current inventory policy, which requires a type "b" head for all early minifigures.

You are very correct in your findings, however, minifigs are inventoried based
on a standard:
http://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=200
HeadsFor figures with moveable arms and legs always use a head with an
open stud(aka blocked open stud). When there are 2 entries in the catalog for
the same head, one with an open stud and one with a solid stud, always use the
one with an open stud(aka blocked open stud).
