We want to see all te price data for any items at a glance so for example take
a 3001 2 x 4 brick. Instead of haing to go through each one of the colour price
guides can we go anywehre to see what each colour is making. This would be helpful
to buyers as well as sellers.

I have no idea what this means.

Perhaps if I do a better esxample it would help:

Part No Colour Last 6 Months
Avg price (new)
3001 Black .12
Blue .10
Red .11

Etc - we would want to choose the part no and at a glance see which colour is
meast or most expensive . Does that help?

I see what you want- but why?
Are you stiing on piles of pieces, looking for the right time to list them?

One way to find this currently would be to scroll through the items for sale.
list them by price, and then the cheapest color is first, next cheapest is second,
etc.
Kind of clunky but it would answer the question.

It could be useful to a buyer if they had designed a MOC and needed so many of
part X in one colour. They could just enter the part number and see the average
price all colours.

But you can sort of do that as you say, just list them by price (and by minimum
quantity) and see which one is cheapest.

I've used BrickStore in just this way.
Making models in multiple colors, and I wanted prices for each part.
Some colors have quirks for certain sizes, unusually low or high prices.

So yeah, maybe it's a Generally Useful Feature.

Maybe it's not true in the US, but I'm not sure it will won't really help. Since
to get some quantity here, I have either to multiply order, then increasing the
cost per part with the shipping fees. Or I won't have many choice were to buy,
then probably have to pay more than the average price.... The price guide is
only a guide, then to handle with caution

We are familiar with the download process but there is still a lot of work to
do once the file has been downloaded. What I was after was a way we could do
this easily from within Bricklink, like a management reporting service or tool
which was available to the community. It doesn't appear that there is.

Thanks for your comments and interest in the query.
