I suggest the feedback rules be changed so that a seller who unilaterally cancels
an order can either not post non-positive feedback for the order or such feedback
is removed at the request of the buyer.
I am fully aware that there are good reasons why sellers need the option to unilaterally
cancel. But I am not as wise as to see how exactly those can be accommodated
in face of this suggestion because I am sure I do not even know most of them
- any thoughts would be welcome.
I don't like the limit that would place on sellers. This rule would assume there
is never a circumstance where a seller has good reason to leave negative feedback
for a canceled order.
If someone has a duplicate account with their other account being stop listed
by the seller, the seller should have the option to leave negative feedback for
that buyer. There have been instances where this has occurred. The buyer is
usually trying to cause problems.
