| Dear member, dear Admin,
could you please purge all canceled orders from the system. I love it that we
can track back orders. But the canceled ones are null and recently I had to cancel
a lot and if anytime a financial officer looks at such a number of canceled orders
he gets maybe greety and declares them as not canceled if they entirely purged
they don't appear in the list anymore. I hope you can do this favor. Canceled
orders from e.g. one year bakc have no use. So you could entirely purge them
e.g. after one year.

"Note: All orders (regardless of status) and all items in those orders are purged
from the BrickLink website 6 months after the order date."
Are you able to still view orders from a year ago?

yes I am,
you can download them, the details are purged but not the values of the order.
I want all values from canceled orders purged fully after one year or after 6
month.
canceled orders have no means as there no Bl fees and the order is canceled so
you should also have all canceled purged.
the not canceled orders can be viewed that's fine to track back sales, but the
canceled cause confusing if they are displayed in a sales report. it could look
like betraying the finance officiers.

Already exists. You can exclude cancelled orders when downloading.

yes I know and apply that. But still they are on the system which is kind of
ackward.
