Based on the discussion in this thread:

Recommend changing the ToS and applicable help pages to state that the Terms
and Policies of a store must be located on the Store's Terms page.

The site recently received an improvement to keep a history of Store Terms and
the date that the Terms changed. This allows a buyer to verify what they agreed
to in the event the seller changed their policies after an order was made. The
terms are also stored on BrickLink for viewing.

If a seller punts or links to another page to state their terms, then the Terms
are not tracked and the seller can change their terms and it becomes more difficult
for the buyer to trace the changes.

This suggestion would not prohibit sellers from stating that "They charge actual
shipping IAW the USPS website (usps.com)", etc.

This may require a little tweaking from the legalese perspective as well as the
actual pages in question. One thing I've noticed is that certain areas are off
limits to buyers, which some of the links in the other thread point to.
