This is how all buyers should be. Even in retail and grocery stores!
Here's his post:
I know it’s easy to complain here about buyers, but I wanted to share a handwritten
thank-you note from one. We refunded .25 because a torso was OOS, then she emailed
saying we shipped white instead of LBG tiles. I then refunded the whole order
and also sent a $2 coupon which she redeemed the following week.
We just got back from the new Bricks & Minifigs here in OKC, so this $$$ has
already been spent on Lego 🙂

| Hi all. I have to know why my store was suspended???!!!
If it's cause of a USA teenager who bought from my store and then said I
was a scammer cause I don't take paypal,, then this better be rectified right
away because that is allowed to not take paypal and I didn't scam anyone!!!
Admin, please contact me right away! Everyone who knows me in the LEGO community
knows who I am and I've never scammed anyone!
I also have a NPB against this teenager who shouldn't be allowed on this
site. Then their negative feedback will be removed!
PLEASE HELP ME!!!

| Hello all on my mailing list and Forum! Thanks for subscribing!
I used to be very active in the Forum on BL but life got in the way and I had to back off years ago. Does anyone here remember me or my fun contests I used to hold?
I had a good growing Facebook page recently and I had to recreate a new FaceBook page because LEGO Dreambuilder71 was unpublished by FB for some reason and they won't tell me why. I had OVER 720 people on my page and more liking my page every single day! Then poof, it's gone! So I have had to start all over again and can't reach those 700+ people to let them know to re-like my page. 
So I am hoping you can help me out and LIKE my new page and subscribe to my youtube channel if you would help me out as a fellow LEGO collector and seller! I appreciate all the help!

| So I find that each time I listed a minifig that was brand new, but missing a
part like an accessory that was in the picture of the fig, like a shoulder piece
or cape, BL in the next day or so would remove it. We can't list figs as
new but incomplete or complete because BL never was set up like that. So BL
deleted my fig post saying it was against the rules but of course no explanation.
Do we really have to list a brand new fig as used, or as parts when it's
missing something like a cape or skirt???
When it gets deleted so quickly, does that mean that another member reported
it quickly to admins to get it removed? Someone said it's the new BL algorithm
that did it automatically, but that can't be true because I see other sellers
figs that are missing parts but still listed as new. So am I being singled out
by someone following me and reporting anything I do just to be a jerk?

| So I use to post in the forum all the time. About 4 or more years ago before
the new company took over BL and changed things on here.
And it was much easier to find the POST NEW MESSAGE button than it is now. Took
me about 5 minutes to find the damn thing! That is ridiculous!
Why can't I just click on the BIG Community button at the top right on every
BL page and then on that 1st page that comes up is a BIG EASY TO FIND AND READ
button that reads: POST NEW MESSAGE!
NO, what you have to do is look at all the little buttons at the top in the grey
bar that read:
Forum, Messages, Topics, Search, Stats...
Click on Topics, click on one of those topics and in the top right corner of
those pages it says in little size font: Post New Message....
I use to be good at BL. Thanks for the frustration. I was going to post an
announcement sharing that I am only 1 feedback away from the big 5 double 0 after
almost 11 years on BL but I will probably forget how to find the Post New Message
button in the mean time.
(Why do less than half the members on BL leave feedback? I'd be over 1000
if everyone left feedback. lol. It's the same on ebay.)
