| If i read and review the missing parts correctly then you are missing around
400-500 euro in value of the missing parts/minigiures/box/instructions and maybe
even stickersheet or stickered parts.
This means no collector would buy just the tower (which basically is values in
parts) and try to complete it (even the shipping costs would add up). Maybe it's
the same reason you are not making it complete yourself?
For somebody looking to make money on this, i also see no reason.
I would value just the tower (2.000 parts?) at € 100 - € 150.
Personally i myself would not even consider this lot at any price.
Anyway I'm sure other people would think otherwise but that is just my view.

| I can understand it's ringing alarmbells but at the moment i would consider
it too early to tell. Personally i recognize the name of the seller as a thirdparty
seller on bol.com.
the verification processe seemed to have gone well otherwise there would not
be a shop.
So maybe the seller/company is looking for other salespossibilities.

Je kunt voor IBAN geen automatische betaling instellen maar alleen een automatische
invoice. De koper zal dan bij het plaatsen van de order direct de invoice ontvangen
maar moet wel zelf handmatig overmaken naar jouw rekening.

| Los van Bricklink verricht je een econmische activiteit voor de omzetbelasting
en bij die omzet zou je ook al verplicht moeten registreren als btw-ondernemer
bij de belastindienst dacht ik zo even uit het hoofd.
Zonder btw-nummer krijg je ook geen OSS toekenning. Zonder de OSS-procedure te
hebben voltooid in Bricklink kun je dan volgens mij ook niet meer binnen de eu
verkopen.
Je zou een btw-nummer kunnen aanvragen bij de belastingdienst (Dat kan ook zonder
inschrijving kvk, bij een inschrijving Kamer van Koophandel wordt al automatisch
een btw-nummer ook uitgereikt).
Met dat btw-nummer kun je ook een OSS-toekenning aanvragen. Eenmaal toegekend
voer je die in bij Bricklink en dan staat de eu weer voor je open.
Alleen het probleem van de marge lost het niet op. Je kunt in bricklink wel blijven
handelen, maar je kunt de bricklink financiele informatie dan niet gebruiken
voor je btw-aangiften.
Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor een correcte btw-aangifte, ongeacht hoe bricklink
zijn transacties verwerkt. Dus als je veel marge verkoopt, dan zou je per (setje)
de marge moeten bepalen en dan in de aangiften omzetbelasting die marge aangeven
en daarover de btw-afdragen.
Ikzelf had naast nieuwe parts/sets/minifigures ook wat gebruikte sets (marge).
Aan het eind van een kwartaal reken ik dus de btw uit op basis van nieuwe goederen,
plus daarnaast de marge over de gebruikte sets. Bij een gebruikte set vermeld
ik in de inventory ook de kostprijs, en bij verkoop ervan print ik de invoice
en schrijf ik de kostprijs erweer op dan heb ik altijd de marge helder.
Ik hoop dat je er wat aan hebt.

| Hallo Erik,
Ik moest in juli ook een oss registratie laten zien.
Deze oss registratie kun je aanvragen op het zakelijk domein van je belastingen.
Dus bij belastingdienst.nl , inloggen zakelijk en daar kun je oss aanvragen bij
het btw deel. Dan heb je met ongeveer 2 weken de bevestiging.
Of ik er blij mee ben kan ik nog niet zeggen. Ik merk evengoed minder omzet uit
de eu.
Daarnaast telt bricklink ook btw op marge goederen en dat kan niet kloppen.
Omdat ik ivm verkopen usa, Canada, Japan etc geen btw vermeld, komen op mijn
orders binnen de eu dus ineens het order totaal met daarbovenop nog eens de lokale
btw. Ook dat werkt niet prettig.
Heb nog geen ervaring met het doen van de oss aangifteplicht zelf, dat speelt
voor mij pas in dit kwartaal, dus in de aangifte van september.
Mochten er vragen zijn kun je me altijd contacteren.

Crime dat 1 loket systeem. Ik dacht dat de EU alles eenvoudiger zou maken. Bij
de belastingdienst wisten ze me ook te melden dat veel ondernemers er nog niet
van op de hoogte zijn of er niks van snappen. Voldgemns de Nederlahdse belastingregels
moet je de verzendkosten onder de 21% BTW scharen. Volgens Bricklink tellen die
niet mee...
