| Is this another glitch? Every time I go back to my orders received page, I am
FORCED to use the new layout!! I click back to view in 'classic layout'
but I don't get the option to have that as my default setting! Classic layout
is much more concise and I get more on a page without all the goblidy gook lines
that new layout has in it!
Okay, rant over.

| I just finished building the set #60306. It is Shopping Street. I was sure that
the little orange trimmed park on the side was a dog park. I thought the little
handlebars was for a leash holder. But looking at the box, there is a guy using
the bars as an exercise bar. Okay, so why is there a dog poop on the ground???
Did Lego just put that in there 'for fun' since it is a park after all,
and a dog may have been there to do his business? If so, shame on the dog owner
for not picking it up. I just may have to add a dog to this set to make it more
complete.
You can see the dog poop on the far left hand side of the box, in the park, under
the handlebars. It doesn't show on the first picture, so you have to scroll
down to the box picture.

| Someone paid me in a cash payment, but I can't mark it as paid. Only options
are pending, processing, ready and packed. How do I overide this?

| First time shipping to EU since the change. I received the pdf from BrickLink
and printed it out to attach to package, no problem. But in the email is a note
that I must add the ioss number to my shipping carrier, so that the buyer doesn't
get charged VAT twice. Where do I add that number to Paypal Ship Station??

| I am trying to complete a NPB. I have waited the alloted time, and I see nothing
I am doing wrong. However, each time I try to add the item back to my inventory
and complete NPB, I get this message:500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
So I must be doing something wrong, but what?

Just did inventory comparison with my set that I bought new. There are 21 brown plates in my set, not 15 as shown on inventory page. Also, there are 9 dark red plates in my set, not 15 as shown on inventory page. So count is the same, but a few color changes.

| So I tried to print out a first class international label today. According to
my charts, pulled from the USPS website, the UK is in zone 5, and so a small
package should be $14.49 (commercial rate). Paypal had it as $15.44. So I cancelled
the label, and contacted Paypal to say their zone chart was wrong. They responded
that the rates are set by the USPS, not Paypal. So I tried to print out a label
through the USPS (a pain since I have to copy all the information for the buyer
address). Lo and behold, the rate they were charging me was the retail amount
for zone 9, or $16.25! So even though their chart says the UK is in zone 5,
why did it come out as zone 9??? No, I haven't contacted USPS, since I am
sure it will be a while until I get an answer from them. Just wondered if anyone
else came across this?

| Someone just ordered from me and marked the order paid when I haven't even
sent an invoice yet! But now the line is grayed out, and I am unable to send
an invoice! Why is there even the option for a buyer to mark the order paid?
As a seller, it doesn't matter to me if the numbers are in bold (showing
'paid' since I don't think it is paid until I check Paypal to make
sure it is in my account. (or received the check in the mail or whatever).
Like Scrooge, I don't ship until I have the 'cash in hand', so I
should be the only one to mark it paid. (or the Paypal link, that is fine too,
just not the buyer).

| Hello,
I have several stickered parts that I would like to add to the catalog. It has
been ages that I have done this, so I forget how to do it. Is it adding or changing
to the catalog? Is it a change or addition to the item or the inventory? In other
words, I am not even sure where to start any more! Anyone have a link and some
advice, please?

| Whenever I am looking up a stickered part in the catalog to identify, I then
look at past and current sales of this part. So my pet peeve is this: how can
a stickered part possibly be listed as 'new'?? Just by the fact that
you took the sticker off the sheet and attached it to the part makes it, by definition,
USED! It doesn't matter if you never used this part to build the set, it
is still used! Is there any way we can disable the 'new' button when
listing these types of parts?

| I have this set of hips from Patrick, without the legs:
But it shows no inventory for that assembly to split up the legs from the hips.
As far as I can see in the catalog, only solid color hips and legs are sold separately.
Am I missing something? Can the decorated hips and legs be sold separately?

| I have a couple stickers, still new on their backing. But when I look up the
number on the stickers, 170900 and 170910, I get multiple catalog numbers for
them:
[p=1737stk03]
[p=6815stk01]
and 4 more entries, and
[p=1737stk01]
[p=5129stk01]
and 6 more identical entries!
Now, I know this was done originally to show which set it was from, but since
these are identical, and it is even mentioned in each entry that it is identical
to the others, shouldn't they be combined?
Otherwise, how should I list these stickers? There is no way for me to know which
set they came from?

| I cannot find these in the catalog in parts or gear. To me, they look like
a backpack or belt clip, but can't find anything under those search words
either. I have these two masks:
but they both have a large black clip where you would attach them to the head,
so cannot be used in building.
I also thought they were canister tops? But can't find anything there either.
Anyone know?

| Most of it I like, and am just re-learning to navigate, as we all are. Patience,
patience, patience; I keep telling myself.
While I love the little icons at the top: Shop, Community, Help, My Store, My
BL, Want & Cart....one is missing: Catalog! I realize it is a sub-category when
you hover over 'Shop' but my gut instinct is for it to be a sub-category
in Community, not Shop. Then I realized....it should actually be it's OWN
icon up at the top, not a sub-category at all. It is important, and I want it
to be up there to access.
I miss the page that had 'My orders' and on the left was orders placed,
on the right was orders received. Now each under a separate place: one under
My BL, the other under My Store. No....I still want to have both together, and
then I can choose when I have the page showing them both. The way it is now,
it is too many steps to go from one to the other.
Am I making any sense with both of these?

| This has probably been suggested before, but just in case it hasn't:
I would like the addition of "Leave Open" as a selection for the order status
pull-down menu. That way, when a buyer has asked me to leave the order open,
I can select that. None of the other selections seem right, and then I keep trying
to process it when I have selected 'processing' or 'pending',
and I don't want that. 'Ready' isn't correct, since I only want
to select that when I have the other pulled and invoiced.
