| Our buyer contacted us about this part, and we just confirmed 6434511 is Hollow
Stud instead of Vented Stud.
Should I ask for Catalog change, or Catalog adding note? Will catalog entries
for those 3626bpbxxxx, 3626cpbxxxx, 28621pbxxxx merge in the future?

| A few days ago, I refunded a buyer $5.00 and told him so. The result was $3.00
and I feel so bad thinking I made a mistake.
Today I did $3.00 and checked it before submit. The true refund is $2.00 in order.

using:" checked.
Tried a few different options, Stockroom Items & Retain After Sold Out checkboxes
work as expected.

| Got the following message regarding dark pink hands
"Hi! I think I got the wrong colored hands. I was looking for the dark pink
hands from crystalized and what I got was the pink that came from Sinestro. Its
a lighter color"
I think it's about these two parts
We have 973pb3737c01 in stock and they have regular dark pink hands. We don't
have 973pb4789c01, do you know if it has darker dark pink hands? Or if there
are darker dark pink hands ?)

Just got this message from a buyer
"Hi, I just ordered from your store, but for some reason I do not see anything
under the "orders placed" tab. I was wondering if you received payment."
Checked our PayPal and Order received page. There is an extra payment with no
corresponding bricklink order.
We send the unredacted version to the help desk, hope they'll find what went
wrong.

| I have a buyer questioning Trans-Clear 2343
Said they have a through hole w/o Lego stamp.
We don't have any more in stock, so opened a QE set, it has 28657 on it.
Checked a few used in our MOC, they have a not through hole and a © with batch
date.
The note said "This part has at least three variants with and without bottom
holes and a band at the base of the stem". Is there old Trans-Clear 2343 with
a through hole and no stamp, or they are off brand?

| We had an order with item Qty left in negative number. I check our inventory,
yup it shows -20.
Looks like it was deducted twice.
Checked the other items on the same order, they might be deducted twice as well.
But we have 2-5% extra than listed quantity, so I can't be 100% sure.

| Refunded another order. USPS 1st class, not show a scan for 2 weeks 
Another package in the same batch showed 1st scan in a week. VA to VA but the
first scan in FL
Our longest detour is a demotic package made a stop overseas, at lest it had
scans along the way and make back safely.
Now we have one package fall into USPS crack:

I totally understand it isn't seller's fault and don't want them
to take a hit, just so frustrated with USPS.

which we already paid sales tax. Anybody knows what the law says on this matter?
