I have a Rebrickable parts list that I want to upload to my Bricklink inventory.
I can copy the XML code from Rebrickable. Initially I tried to upload to a
Bricklink part list. I got an error that said:
-------------------------------
The document entered contains duplicate item/color combinations. Only one item
of each item/color combination is allowed.

Please fix the following duplicates:

Item No: 970c00, Color: 11
Item No: 970c00, Color: 1
Item No: 4070, Color: 85
Item No: 970c00, Color: 59
Item No: 970c00, Color: 88

-------------------------------

I couldn't figure this out but I found the upload page for Inventory as opposed
to a part list. So, I pasted the code here and got an error on every item on
the list. Here is a sample:

-------------------------------

Image Condition Description Buy
1. [ITEM
[ITEMTYPE]P[/ITEMTYPE]
[ITEMID]3957[/ITEMID]
[COLOR]11[/COLOR]
[MINQTY]1[/MINQTY]

Lot #1 in your file shown above has the following error(s):
Quantity not entered or not numeric
Item Condition Must be New (N) or Used (U)
Price not entered or not Numeric

-------------------------------

So, I would really appreciate any guidance on this. What is the best method
to transfer my Rebrickable part list to my Bricklink inventory.

Thank you!

I would just reupload the same list with those specific items removed and handle
them manually on Bricklink. 970c00 is legs with the same color, which is a bricklink-specific
item that rebrickable handles differently. The other one is a headlight brick,
which rebrickable has split into separate with- and without- slot items, but
which both map to the same bricklink ID.

  Hi,

I have a school project to do to explore Web api application. I want to do a
little apps who can get product by name or id...

If I'm not a seller, can I use the Web Api? Or this is only for a Seller
options? I don't what I need on Api Guide.

Sorry for my english, I'm a frenchie guy!

Thanks a lot,

If you just need an API to play around with and want to do LEGO stuff, I highly
recommend the Rebrickable API, it's very well documented, extensive, and
responsive: https://rebrickable.com/api/

  Hi everyone,
For orders within the USA, who is the generally-accepted best shipper for high-value
($1000) orders? FedEx used to be the first one I'd think of, but I wasn't
sure if that was true any more.

Thanks!

-Joel

I've never had a problem with USPS priority mail, and any issues with USPS
at all are so infrequent that I never bother with extra insurance for anything
less than several hundred dollars. I don't really have a favorite between
USPS, UPS and Fedex on anything other than price, and USPS always wins that battle.
Just make sure you're buying postage using someone who gets better prices
(e.g. Pirate Ship) and feel free to buy extra insurance if you're worried
about it.

Hey everyone! I was wondering how much do you guys pay sorters? I'm trying
to make a chart of how much the average person pays. Thanks in advance! And if
you have any catalogers how much you pay them. If I collect enough data I will
share if people want.

-Phil

I pay anyone working for me $15/hr, which is around the upper end of what you
could get in an easily obtainable food service job here in central Florida, but
working for me is considerably more relaxed and flexible than most other jobs
with that pay. What's important is that you're operating at enough scale
that you're still putting in full-time hours yourself even with employees
(or at least making full-time wages), and that the value you get from their work
is more than enough to cover what you're paying them. With my current sales,
I can afford to have someone else under me, but only for about 1 day a week.

  Okay, most of the time

When allowing Google to translate the page, this is tacked onto the store’s stats.

Is there more info embedded there, that’s inadvertently pulled-up by google’s
code? If so, what’s the meaning behind the exposed phrase? If not, why the wording

-popsicle

There's nothing invisible in the HTML there, no idea why it would do that.

I wanted to look up all the items I've sold so far or the first month. Either
I'm doing something wrong or I vastly overestimated the search function.

I went to the inventory page, on the right side I left pretty much everything
blank except for the bottom where I told it to look for "items last sold" for
45 days ago and newer.

The problem is it's not returning all the results. For example all of the
Harry Potter minifigs I've sold during this month's sale and all of the
classic astronauts aren't showing up.

What am I missing?

Hi, this is Sia, I'm very new in the Lego world, and I have difficulties
navigating this website for buying items. I hope someone here can help me.

I want to work on a pixel art frame project, So I need two things as starting
steps:

1. Find all the possible colors of 1x1 plates. Ideally, if the info includes
the color code, and images, it will be very great. It seems the "Color Catalog"
page is not very useful.

2. Then, after figuring out which colors I want, I would like to order the items
by certain quantities. Again, "Color Catalog" is not useful and takes me to pages
that I don't understand what they are (They show other parts in various colors!!)

Could anyone tell me what's the best way to do these 2 steps, please?

Thank you so much.
Cheers,
Sia

You want the catalog page for the part: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=4073
You can look at the available colors on the Color Info tab or pick a color from
the dropdown to see lots for sale in that color.

It's important to remember that just because a part exists in a given color
doesn't mean it's going to be available or affordable. It could be way
waaay out of production. There's an excellent article about LEGO colors here:
