I wouldn't take it personal. I thought it was an awesome critique. You are
lucky someone took the time to do that for you. I'm willing to bet a little
lot consolidation & cleaning up the T&C's could only do you some good. GL

| There are only 2 options to pay fees onsite to paypal. Overdue amount & total
amount(Which doesn't include current months fees). Can we get an additional
option to enter our own amount? Paying directly to billing@bricklink.com does
not solve my problem, i need onsite.

| The other site has a "Smoke free store" feature. Maybe that can be implemented
here.

Or if sellers who do not smoke sell parts that smell of smoke, that should be
listed on the part.
Getting parts that smell of smoke requires a lot of work by the buyer to remove
the odor, and we should know what we are getting into before buying. Not to mention
that when a seller does not disclose that they are a smoker, they are basically
lying about the condition of the parts.
I am really tired of getting stinky parts.
Sure, some sellers might be tempted to lie about about it, but users would complain.
Then sellers who smoke and fail to disclose their smoking should be treated with
the warning/termination policy applied to buying/selling offences.

| Does anyone else think the checkout page needs to be modified? The first option
for store terms "Agree & Continue" makes it seem to the buyer they are agreeing
to commit to the order w/ the shipping option shown as soon as they click on
it. It even says "Items will be reserved for you, and you will obligated to
purchase them." right under the Agree & Continue button. This message shouldn't
be displayed until the Place Order button shows up. I would also rather have
the Shipping tab show up first or leave S&H empty until they reach that tab so
the buyer can see all options available.
