Hi, can anyone give me some clues about setting up a second store from the same
address? It would be a family member. Is there a problem?

Could someone tell me how to do it, or how the customer can do it?

Thank you in advance

Just have them go through the order procedure, same as before, and it will add
to their current order, as long as it is not in Packed or Shipped status.

BrickStore remembers the last settings you used...

When you add an item, in the bottom right corner of the Add Items box, there
are various settings for Quantity, Price, Condition etc. All the info you enter
there will still be there, the next time you add an item.

When importing set inventories, you can set the condition at the bottom of the
Import Inventory box.

If you have a load of items already in a BrickStore file, that you need to change
from New to Used, you can select all the relevant items, right-click the condition
field and select 'Set condition to New'.

Hope this helps

  Hi Everyone
Is it possible to preset the new Brickstore to list things as Used by default?
I will make a lot of mistrakes if not.

I'm at work, so I don't have it with me, but yes you can... I have it
on that default.

Howdy guys! I was wondering if it is possible to have our picking list separated
into New and Used But still be in order of item number? For example, all the
new would be at the top of the list but be in the correct item number order,
then the used (in correct order) would be after the new. It would be soooo helpful
since the New and Used are obviously in different places in our physical stores.
Yikes, dare I say this BUT, that is how Brickowl does it and it is just much,
much easier to pull.
thanks for lending an ear

Change the sorting below the order details page

I know what you mean OP. From where I sit, there is no option for "condition,
then number". For myself I would love "condition, remarks, number" .

I also notice that my spreadsheet doesn't sort 123 and 123a in the right
order so I have to take an extra step to make that work.
