With the change in password on Bricklink I find that I am unable to import orders

For some reason I can not find where to update the password on Brickstore.

I must jus be missing it.

Where do I update the password on brickstore? Any help would be appreciated.

My friend Kevin Yaxley who runs Upstairs Bricks

https://store.bricklink.com/kevinyaxley#/suspend

asked me to post a message to the forum looking for help.

He is unable to post to the forum himself as the email verification process is
not working for him and he has been locked out of his store since bricklink came
back online

He can read the posts on the forum but can not post himself. He has tried multiple
times to receive the verification email with no luck.

The verification email is not in his spam folder. He has contaced his internet
provider and verified that the emal is working properly.

He has contacted customersupport@bricklink.com multiple times but received no
response.

Does anyone have contact information for someone at Bricklink who can help him
get his store up and running.

Thank you for helping my friend.

Which ones are you looking for? I have a bin full of instruction books I haven't
listed.

Message me with the details.

Hello All.

I found this to be an interesting discussion. I can tell you that at our store
we describe all of our used parts.

We do this in order to have a good base of repeat customers.

I have only been using 3 levels of description.

"Good used condition" This would range from like new to very slight wear.

The other main description I use is "Worn and/or marked and/or scratched and/or
discolored and/or bite marks and/or dirty", etc depending upon what is wrong
with them.

The third level would be if that are heavily worn, scratched, etc.

As a seller I put these pieces in a bag marked "bad" and when someone orders
the lower grade pieces I choose randomly from that lot.

I would be open to using a grading system as I do this on my own to a degree.

The reason I do this is so that my customers know what they are getting.

I do sell a fair bit of used lego as about 70% of my inventory is used.

Yep, I don't touch used unless I really have no other option. Plus if the
price difference is 25% and you have to toss 25%+ then there's no actual
savings.

I can see why buyers do not buy used.

Thank you, you have validated the basis for my suggestion. Let's have a clear
way to delineate the good, the mediocre, the bad & ugly.

Ray

Never going to happen.

Why do you say that ? It is in the best interest of both buyers and sellers.
