| I sent them the actual invoice and removed their request to cancel (they had
provided the reason that the buyer and seller had mutually agreed to cancel).
If they communicate with me and really want to cancel then maybe it was all a
misunderstanding. If they don't communicate then I will wait a file a NPB
and see where that goes. Then I can provide feedback that is accurate.

| Yes, I did confirm they didn't send the etransfer and they even sent the
email saying they had paid prior to me sending them the invoice.

| Recently had a small order where they buyer chose to not pay with instant checkout.
They then sent an email saying that they had sent the payment to me via email.
When I responded that the payment had not come through yet, they requested to
cancel.
I think they were hoping that I didn't check and just shipped it, thinking
it was paid.
Has anyone experience this type of possible scam where they try to get you to
ship something by pretending they have already paid?

| I have tried editing on my home computer (MAC) using Chrome.
I have also tried editing it on a PC on Chrome as well.
I just tried on Safari on my Mac and the editing options appeared. Thanks for
suggesting a different browser.
Is there anything I can change in Chrome so it works?

preference cookies when I logged back in, but still no access to my shipping
methods.

| Is there a new way to update my instant checkout for shipping?
Normally I would go to My Store and Settings then Shipping and then click on
one of my options to change it. Now, my shipping methods appear, but I can't
see how to edit them. Any advice?

| Not sure in which topic this would fit, but I would like to make the following
request/suggestion:
Would it be possible to have the colour already selected if a piece is chosen
from the colour guide.
For example I am in the colour guide for medium blue and searching for a particular
slope. When I find the slope I have and want to put in my inventory I select
the picture and I am linked to the page of that piece. I would like that page
to open up with the colour already selected to save a step. Is that possible?
This would save me a fair amount of time when entering pieces.
Would this be helpful to anyone else?

| Once I reset it to Not Paid, I could file the NPB.
I checked and it looks like you can always change it back to not paid?

| Here is the top of the order with the order marked as pending. I had to send
out the invoice manually since the figure (when assembled) is beyond the letter
mail restrictions in Canada, but disassembled it fits so the shipping was only
$2.50. It is also interesting that I can no longer edit the shipping (hovering
over it says that you cannot edit once it has been paid) but there is no payment
in my Paypal and the order is still marked as pending.

invoiced on Dec. 26th.

| I have an order from Dec. 26th that I wish to start a NPB but this is no longer
an option when I click on Report Problem.
Since it has been well over a week I think the NPB option should be there.

| Interesting, I thought it was just a common mistake. The quantity option had
always been there in the past. I will try rebooting chrome to see if that makes
a difference. The option is there for me on my phone.

| I am sure there is a thread on this, but I have not been able to find it.
When adding a part to a wanted list there used to be an option to select the
quantity. Now I seem to only be able to add one and then have to go to the wanted
list and change the amount to the number needed. Is there a way to get the quantity
option back?
