Due to pressures on their delivery system, not enough mail, they are looking
at becoming a third rate service.

Nothing decided but toying with the idea of only three deliveries per week, seriously
!

Probably proposing three days so that when they reduce it by one day it looks
like a good compromise, mind games as usual.

For those older like myself, remember when we had two deliveries a day ?

3 deliveries per week ? That would be nice. PostNord (Danish post) changed to
1 delivery per week some years ago, and some years before, they merged 1st and
2nd service. Now, we pay for 1st service and receive 2nd service, compared to
the service they used to provide before the changes.

My current practice as a seller has been to leave feedback upon payment. Before
I even ship the package.

Like you, my practice as a seller is to leave feedback upon payment.

However, in a recent post i was reading about feedback,
it seems like some sellers wait until the buyer leaves feedback before leaving
feedback. As a seller, what is your timeline for posting feedback?

I see no reason to hold my feedback to buyer hostage to force them to give selfsame
as some sellers tend to do.

What was your biggest Bricklink OOPS as a buyer or seller?

I once swapped two, almost identical, orders before shipping. The one that was
supposed to go to Ireland went to Germany, and virsa versa.
Luckily both buyers were cool about it, and returned the orders back to me without
issues at my cost. In the end they both received the correct order with a big
discount for the trouble.
Now I only print shipping labels to one order at the time

I am wondering what is the best way, or if there is a way, to run a report for
sales for the month/year, or what items were sold for the month, and a list of
taxes paid?

Thank you in advance,

Steph

Hi Steph,

Give BLS Manager a try, it shows you order totals and nice graphs with monthly
info.

Let me know if something is missing and maybe I can add it for you

Erwin

Hi Erwin,

Bitdefender may scare off potential users.

I have the domain danishbricksupply.dk linked to my store, it costs approx 7.50
$ per year.

Maybe rewrite your terms with a good clear shipping table. My NPB's dropped
to less than 1% after I added my present table.
