Hi,

both elephants are the same, but have a different colour AND a different number.
People find and choose one elephant and pick a non-existing colous (light/dark
gray, depending on the elephant). My suggestion would be to consolidate the elephants
into 1 single catalogue-item with two colour variants. If you found elephant
nr. 1c02 it seems now both colors come from the same set. One has to search for
the other elephant to find info on the other set, but you can't know it exists,
because there a two colours offered for sale for each elephant.

Regards,
Remko

File them

That's the point. They are filed, but don't get purged. So when I filter
"all" on my orders, they keep haunting me

Thank you Sylvain,

I will be asking my buyer to pay again onsite. I hope that is clear enough for
him, but I think it'll do.

Seems to me what happened is that the buyer chose PP Onsite but paid offsite.

Onsite doesn’t mean Auto-invoice.  Onsite + Auto-invoice = Instant checkout,
but you can have the two separately (that is, Onsite with manual invoice and
Offsite with Auto-invoice).

The first question is: were there taxes involved?
(Taxes that BL has to collect: UK import VAT and US Sales taxes for you.)

Because if that’s the case, you are committing tax fraud: https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1401495
and the only solution is to refund the buyer and make them pay again but Onsite
this time.

Hmmm, you are right, I do offer PayPal onsite. Alltough I wonder if I marked
that option or if BL forced it on me because of my shipping destinations (outside
EU). Your image/diagram was helpfull. I saw onsite as the same as instant-checkout,
but there is a difference. Still doesn't seem right I can't control my
own order status!!!

And yes, Bricklink collected Sales Tax. About fraud: I think fraud is meant to
be intentionally. But they are calculated and visible in the column with "hidden
fees", so no possible fraud here.
Just a bug in the order status mechanic.....let me change it!

Hi,

a (new) buyer ordered and accordingly to the order details paid with PayPal onsite,
an option we don't offer, only PayPal after making an invoice ourselves.
We now somehow can't change the order status. Order is shippend, but no option
to mark it that way and no option to send an drive thru because of that. Now
the order has arrived, customer satisfied, so I want to file the order. But I
can't, because no checkbox appears. The order status is still on "packed"
and the pull-down-menu has no more options to pick.
Anyone an idea how to file my order? (and yes, I could wait for 6 months for
it to get purged, but I don't know if that will happen. Cancelled orders
somehow seem to outlive the 6 month-timeframe quite regularly).

Hope someone has an idea how this could happen.

Kind regards,
Remko van Rosmalen

no,please see the attachment~
i I expect to receive 415USD BUT there is ONLY 395USD in my paypal

The PayPal overview shows the amount with the PayPal-cost already deducted. If
you would click on the transaction for details, you may have recieved the complete
amount? PayPal charges different costs for transactions between different countries.
You are about 5% short, that could well be in PayPals range of costs.

HI,

you can make a wanted-list. Then you can can check wich seller has most items
of your list. But be aware, seller with huge stock are usually higher priced.
So shopping at different stres can be cheaper, even with postagecost calculated
in.

Good luck.

Hi,
I guess you mean cracks in the Torso? Backside. It is a regular type of damage
in minifogs. I can imagine that by bending the legs into a sitting position,
you add some stress to the back of the torso. With older torso's (maybe a
bit more brittle, but maybe new ones can have the same), this may lead to cracked
torso's.

You could check the torso-insides of the torso's. Are they all from a certain
typen (for example the old ones (1979ish) without inside ribs. Or do you see
this as well with the newest torso's (I think with X-ribs or something).

Kind regards,
Remko

Hi,

I could think of it as a part of the mechanic to open the garagedoor automaticly
when a car drives over it. I think it's sets from the 1950s/60s. Not sure,
cause I don't own those.

Hi,

I hadn;t heard from this LUCID before. I see the point and cause of trouble.
As I read it, it applies to companies only. I guess you are a private seller,
so this would not affect you.

https://www.verpackungsregister.org/en/information-orientation/news-press/press-releases-news/detail/news/legal-amendments-effective-1-july-2022
:

"Every company that places packaged goods on the German market on a commercial
basis must have registered with the LUCID Packaging Register by 1 July 2022."

In would reeaaaaaly like to see a little box when parting out sets that I can
fill with my cost per part. Now I have to do this by copy-pasting (in case of
a big set I have to repeat this about 400-500 times....).

Easy to implement, I'd say and a very big timesaver.

Hi,

I can't find any way to auto-fill the "my cost" when partsetting. So everytime
I do, I am killing myself (and time) by copy-pasting it again and again. A simple
box on the first page of the part-setting-proces would do just fine. Or a way
on page two to autofill when filling a certain box on top of the page. Whatever,
anything but the copy-pasting.

Anyone suggestions? And please via the usual partset and not by any extarnal
program like Brickset.

Kind regards,

Hi Russel,

I tried ordering. When I want to place order there's a long "processing"and
then I get the technical error. The seller says he was asked for a quote by me.
So I figured maybe Quote and order where mixed up somehow. So I asked for a quote
(button) and then got a quote-number AND the message that the next step would
be me having to wait until seller sends an invoice.

Maybe this helps solving the issue. I am still waiting for response from seller
if he did get a normal order when I asked for a quote.

Kind regards,
Remko

I would like to see the simple option to auto-fill the "my cost" during part-setting.
Other fields auto-fill (6 months average-sales of the option to use old remarks,
etc., even old/new average "my cost").

When I am part-setting I like to keep count of the average part-cost. When part-setting
bigger sets I will have to fill these out (copy/paste) 300-400 times, depending
on the lot-count. Absolutely killing my motivation. If I can choose one number
on the first part-out screen, it can be filled-out in the overview. Some lots
I change (baseplates/minifigs/stickersheet are not 6-7 eurocents "cost", but
90% of the lots gets the same number.

I can;t imagine no one has had the idea to implement this before.

Kind regards,
Remko

Hi,

I want to have the "grand order total" (cannot be marked now in the settings)
in de my orders placed overview. I believe we used to have this. Was it removed
to not confront buyers with the amount of money already spent? So they buy more?
If this is the case Bricklink could allow the option, but turn it off as a standard.

I want it!

Please make changes to the following inventory:

Set No: 6987 Name: Message Intercept Base
*
6987-1 (Inv) Message Intercept Base
538 Parts, 5 Minifigures, 1988
Sets: Space: Blacktron I

* Add 1 Part 4592c01 Black Lever Small Base with Yellow Lever (Extra)
* Add 1 Part 3070bp06 Yellow Tile 1 x 1 with Red and Black Buttons Pattern (Extra)
* Add 10 Part 3003old Black Brick 2 x 2 without Inside Supports (Alternate) (match ID 2)

Comments from Submitter:
Just counted this set from original owner. His sets (not many) have been assambled once or twice. This one comes with (at least, not sure of other extra parts) an extra lever and printed tile. Could not possibly be from one of his other sets.
Also contained 3003old in black instead of 3003, don't know, maybe the set got inventoried for BL before this partvariation was distiguished, might have been produced standard with 3003old?

Hope I filled out the request change form correct.
