More inventory, minifigures, minifigure parts.

Also your shipping cost is way too expensive. $7.70 to ship a 3 ounce package
from Jersey to CT in almost double cost if you purchase the label online.

There is a hair piece covering where all the printed hair would be. And as far
as the stubble, it may be worn off but can't tell from the photo.

Take a better photo of just the head without the hair piece.

This is my first time trying to buy parts. I have a wanted list that has 156
items on it. I select BUY ALL and multiple stores pop up. I select a store and
it says "84 matching lots found." Does that mean it does not include
all 156 items on my list even though I selected that I wanted to buy all the
parts? Thanks!

They buy all will create carts in multiple stores, but the least amount needed
to buy all the parts.

This is annoying. I sold to two people a bunch of expensive figures in excellent
condition for a great deal. At least one of the buyers has a store, and will
probably resell them for a profit. Yet they didn't leave me feedback. As
a new store, this is important to me to have positive feedback. I mailed the
orders same or next day, and even saved one of the buyers $15 on shipping. I
sent them "friendly reminders" to post feedback, but still nothing. What
do I do, what can I do?

You have to learn to not care A LOT of buyers do not leave feedback.

I have been using Bricklink as a buyer for a little less than a year now. I have
a question for the Sellers out there. When a lot for sale has a number of items
just slightly more than what I need, I always buy out the rest of the lot thinking
that I was helping the Seller by cleaning out those parts for them. As a result,
I then have some more off the shelf parts in my collection for my building purposes.(ie.
I need 4 of the part and the seller has 7 so I buy all 7).

Is my thinking clear on this or does it help the Seller to retain those parts
as they have more Lots in their store? It may not matter at all, but I was wondering
if my logic may have been making their store seem "smaller" to some degree
because they had fewer lots for sale.

Thanks in advance for any reply.

Best Regards!

I would prefer a buyer buying them all, but as a buyer don't feel obligated
to not leave 1 or 2 parts per lot.

Hello I am looking to trade $400 store credit for a sealed Nutcracker set 4002017.
I would also be interested in a used with box one too for less store credit.

I have 2015 Employee Exclusive: Borkum Riffgrun and 2011 Duck in my store. I
also have lots of other sets not listed (I will listed if we work out a deal)
I can traded with.

thanks

It’s been awhile since ConstrucToys ran its last contest. I actually thought
that our contests we've run throughout the years, would continue without
the popsicle influence. That’s clearly not the case, it seems now. Don’t know
why, really. But the why doesn’t really matter, does it? What does matter, is
whether there any longer exists an appreciation for the contest in the
forum?

Let us know and we’ll consider sponsoring them again. It could be that today’s
forum no longer needs the dynamic excitement and distraction the forum contest
has offered members over the years.

I always enjoy the contests.

  Hello,

Fond these in a bulk lot a while ago, was sure they were badly made counterfeit
figs. They are all one single mold and have no movable parts.

Then a friend of mine stopped by and looked a bit closer - and actually he found
that under the feet they are molded with whats looks like "C) and LEGO".
A bit hard to tell 100 % but at least four of them have pretty clear LEGO marking.

Usually counterfeit parts do not have the word LEGO marked.

Anyone else have seen them and may know what they are?

Thanks for any insight,

/Niclas

ya they look someone put them in the oven for awhile and melted them

Offer a refund if they send it back.

But I will say that should NOT have been listed in great condition. If you do
add words like great or like new make sure it really is.

If i purchased that and the listing said great condition I would be upset. If
it was just listed as used I would be happy with it.

Also just have a look at the instructions for a set that contains the motors,
you will see how they attach and how the parts are hidden ect.

Sorry 16 curve and 2 straight for a loop. I listed 9v stuff since that is what

So you make a train by attaching the motor to the bottom and adding wheels, on
top goes a battery pack and you hide it with the exterior of the train. You will
also need a remote that is compatibel with the motor. Do I understand it correctly?

bb0892c01 is a very chonkey looking boi. 58123c01 Confused me what does it do?

So you make a train by attaching the motor to the bottom and adding wheels?
yes with a boogie plate the motor attaches to the bottom of the train plate.
add wheels to the motor.

on top goes a battery pack and you hide it with the exterior of the train.?
yes the motor needs power and you hide the battery inside the train compartment.

you will also need a remote that is compatibel with the motor?
yes certain motor use certain controllers.

This might be the cheapest solution to motorize it but you need to check if the
Harry Potter train is 30 studs long.

Would love to buy the train and get it running as well. I own a lot of 2001-2002

Or is the iron needed for whats the word.. forming a circuit? Why recommend that

as long as you have sixteen curves? Sorry for the many questions and thanks for
the help!

Sorry 16 curve and 2 straight for a loop. I listed 9v stuff since that is what
is in the video but you can use modern motors as well and they are cheaper.

I had brought from ace of bricks for ten times since 2017 and they had sent me
some wrong parts and damaged parts he had before sent replacement ones and I
had made the tenth order in his store and I paid him on time and I had asked
him for parts with solid studs on the bottom on bricks and plates like the old
lego parts because I am making a moc set I had brought the instructions for and
after I got the order which was a big order with 651 pieces the idiots In Texas
has put me in there stop list after being a great buyer and paying for my order
on time

Since you want to go this route and put us on blast I will try to defend me and
my incredible staff... and by doing so, you may find yourself on a few more stoplists.

Just because you paid for your order doesn't make you a great buyer. We
stop listed you because ...

1. Since placing your order you've sent us 25 Bricklink messages and 8 direct
to email messages (see screenshots). Anything from special requests to now harassing
and calling us idiots.

2. We went out of our way to help find the parts you wanted for a 100+ lot /
1300 + part order. Two people spent 3 hours each searching for exact molds you
requested (not even true BL variations). Some of the requests are confusing and
as soon as we'd figure out the first request we'd have 3 more. Oh and
trying to decipher some of your messages was near impossible.

3. After receiving your order you gave us no margin for error. A better move
for you in the future (for other sellers) might be accepting what you received.
Please note we sent you the correct parts, just not some mold that's not
even considered a variation in the Bricklink Catalog.

4. I looked back on your other 9 orders and they have no doubt been just as challenging
as the last. That was the icing on the cake.

In the end, we completed the order by refunding and/or sending more parts out
as you requested.... ONLY THEN DID I STOP LIST YOU. I'm fine with you leaving
negative feedback. I'll take that "L"

And for anyone who chose to read this far ... I'd like to apologize on behalf
of castlevania64 for wasting your time.

Mike

Holly, that made me dizzy TRYING to read that. Those were some crazy requests
and complaints and for a MOC? You think MOCs would have some leeway on mold variants,
as they aren't an offical set.

UPS Customs Brokerage Charges - $75.88

Can I refuse the set even if the seller states no refunds in his terms? I never
gave or received a negative or neutral review. I didn't want this to be the
first for either of us.

I am sure the seller was not aware of those addition costs, customs cost and
brokerage fees seem to always be different and some what random. So I would say
it's not the sellers fault, so no. you can refuse the extra fees and they
might send back to the buyer.

Can I refuse to pay and get a refund on the set?

You sure it wasn't missing shipping cost? $16 for shipping a set international
seems cheap if it missing shipping cost that's on the seller, taxes are on
the buyer.

I want to give international buyers the ability to order from my store through
manual invoicing to handle the shipping. I also don't mind it if buyers don't
like the shipping cost and want to back out.

I would like, however, to be able to charge a small fee if they back out and
have a large order so that I'm not completely wasting my time packing hundreds
or thousands of lots of numerous small pieces.

If it's not acceptable or allowed, then I suppose I can handle the potential
loss in time and effort in exchange for the potential gain in sales. I thought
I'd ask anyway though.

You should invoice shipping cost before pulling the order. The order should will
give you the weight, and international usually has a broad range where it is
a set price up to 8 ounces ect.

I will provide photos when requested for high value items.

But seeing that you are a new buyer sellers are more then likely to ignore you
as 99% of people asking for photos don't commit to buying, regardless of
condition. they ask you provide and then never hear from them again

I have 2 instances where I was charged additional fees from ship station after
that fact. Both I fought and received refunds for the bogus additional charges.

This sounds like someone at the post office screwed up, why would a flat package
have to ship priority mail? It's usually the other way around, post office
workers usually want anything not flat to ship priority mail.

I would say to call the post office to try to get a refund but the crazy amount
of time you will have to spend calling, getting transferred, dealing with people
who have no clue, might not be worth the $6.00.

I recently placed my first order on the website, to DDBricks.
My package was quickly said "packed", but there is no news for the past
4-5 days. I would imagine preparing the order can take a long time, I definitely
imagine it will take a long time between "shipped" and delivery from
Thailand to Europe, but when the package is done and closed, I don't really
know what can take time before being shipped.

Is there nothing to worry about? Can it be that it shipped but not arrived in
Europe yet? (doubt it)

Thanks

I've ordered from DDBricks many times and never had a problem. They are
one of the top 10 shops on the site in terms of sales volume so they may have
a backlog of orders to pull before yours. But they are a legit shop and one
of my go to stores.

Same, I won't worry with this shop.

Yes, like stated but the head onto a torso, I'll put a napkin or paper towel
on the torso head stud if the helmet is really stuck to and more tightness.

the same as Lego at the back with the circles cut out.

Did the usual searches on everywhere and can't find anything like it ...

Russell, good to address the community but isn't the owner of this platform
the party to take apropriate action?
The input of the community is ofcourse of value, but there's other issues
as MayDayFigs points out in the last half of his video. There Lego's issues
and needs to be addressed ASAP.

Agreed, LEGO need's to investigate and address this.

And really what would stop fakers from using the LEGO logo? Look at fake sneakers
there are sneakers that look similar to actual Nike's and Jordan but don't
us the trademark names and then there is 100,000's that copy the sneaker
the closest it can using trademarked names and logos.
Whenever there is a company doing billions in sales a year, there is someone
willing to invest $100,000 to produce a mold to try to cut into that companies
sales, even if it means breaking copyright laws.

Yes there has been different molds and looking LEGO logos over the years but
this is different and LEGO and BrickLink need to get to the bottom of it.

I got a Lego lot from that really popular auction app, and what was in the picture
was 3 times more than what I received… top is what I have, bottom is what was
advertised. Second picture is noticeable missing items.

I don't see that plane or any of the cats either.
