Hi I have these but unable to find them in the catalogue, could someone please
assist me in finding it or advising it isn’t Lego.
It looks like either a flame or water wave for a minifigure to hold with a bar
handle.
Kind regards
Margaret

  Hello
I hope you can help me, I need to ship a Lego set #70622 to someone in Brazil,
Araraquara
city, Sao Paulo.

I understand that Toys are on the prohibited list coming through customs. Could
you please advise (hoping you would have this knowledge) what HS Code would customs
accept? Would they accept HS Code 95030060 Sets or 95030080 Sets for Construction
Toy?

The set doesn't have any metal, or motors, or batteries included.

Or is there another HS Code that will be accepted?

The reason why I ask is that I sent the above listed set on code 9530009 as 'toy'
or 950300
for short, and customs rejected it and the parcel was returned to me.

I would really appreciate your assistance in this matter.
Kind regards
Margaret

Are you sure it wasn't rejected by the lack of the CPF?

(CPF = Cadastro da Pessoa Física = Taxpayer Identification Number)

It had full tracking and a copy of the customs, I had code 95030009 but I had
'Toy' as the description - they didn't even contact the receiver,
they just sent it back - no explanation.
