Removed feedback is invisible to avoid discussions about it.

No. You can email the list and offer them a coupon and see who asks for one.
But that won't pick up the whole list, unless it is a very good coupon.

Thank you yorbrick I might try this when back from holiday!!

Did you complete an NPB for this order?

If so that wording is deceptive. Noting was removed. What it really means is
that 'the ability for the buyer to leave feedback was blocked by the administration'.

If it's not to do with an NPB order ignore my message above

Ok thanks for that, I didn't realise it was prevention! That covers most
red crosses in my list, but not all!,

This is not good, as I have painstakingly used this field to locate where sets
(and larger parts) are stored. Living in a small property I have to squirrel
away all my sets in various locations round the house and I am sure there are
other sellers who do this. It is impossible to remember where everything is
put and at the moment I have a notebook for reference. But if the ‘My Remarks’
was carried through to the list of items sold, for the sellers information only,
my notebook could be dispensed with! How about it?

They do. Just make sure you enable remarks as visible as zorbanj pointed out.

Aaah, found it, thank you so much.

Anyone know about a pink foam play sword I have come across. It has 2008 on
it but I cannot find it in the “gear” section anywhere. There is a large red
mock crystal in the handle and the part number printed on it appears to be 852223.
Any help much appreciated. Picture attached.

I have recently come across some The Lego Batman Movie erasers. Most were in
packs of three which I have been able to list, (School Supplies) - albeit two
separate listings, one using my own photo as there was a different selection
in the pack. However, one pack is only TWO larger erasers which do not appear
to be in the catalogue. Photo attached. How do,I list these please?

Can I call a set complete if there are no instructions? I notice now if stickers
are missing it’s not permitted to call it
complete. II worry that Bricklink will become ‘new sets only’ before too long??
Thanks, Hilary

I have A genuine Lego mini fig piece which is a reddish brown hair and goggles
combo. I can clearly read the part number on the inside of the stud which is
28149 but when I put this into the search box, it comes up with an error and
no part found.

This is not the first time this has happened and it is very frustrating. Are
there any plans to update the catalogue with such pieces please?

I filed a NPB and left negative feedback for a customer (third one in a week
so I was getting rather frustrated).. He’s now paid - is there any way I can
retract the feedback please?

Have just tried to add to the catalogue the Item No 42600-6 but unfortunately
I erroneously typed 42600-7 which is already a catalogue item (Wyldestyle).
The new item is Metalbeard from the same series.

Does anyone know how to remove paint from Lego without damaging the pieces please?
I’m assuming that paint stripper is too harsh but don’t know what else to try?
Thanks.
