| So, basically you're telling us that because of server errors/inadequacies,
those that wanted the Castle in the Forest set, but were unable to get it, you
still can't get it. Oh, and by the way, 5,000 more of those sets were able
to be ordered, but you still can't get one. Oh, and we know that there were
at least SOME people ordered more than one (probably to re-sell), but that's
too bad. You still can't get one. I was all juiced up for this big response
to this program gaffe, but now am even more disappointed.

| It's disappointing that you don't open up the Castle in the Forest for
more orders. This set was obviously the favorite in this round, and given the
fact that you admit server errors meant that many wouldn't get one, it would
only be fair to open it up for those that missed out because of your server inadequacy.
This seems like a half-hearted attempt to appease those that missed out on a
very promising set. I was looking forward to this update, but now am only more
disappointed at this entire process.
