Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. I will try the 'Torso attack'
methods. Hopefully it isn't glued.

This one in my opinion is the most important discussion we could have. It seems
almost perfect if you automatically remove or give us the option to remove all
items in our wanted lists that we purchase, immediately after purchasing those
items.

I move my ordered items to a wanted list called ordered so that the remarks fields
follow them since I use remarks to let me know when they arrive what they were
ordered for.

Thanks TravelBound for that great idea of an "ordered" wanted list.
That will work great for me. Glad I read your comment.

It is a brink link store located in Ukraine which I figure should be good. But
I will try through PayPal support. I would be happy to support someone in ukraine,

bricks.
Do they have different purposes?
Were they made in different years?
Thanks!!

These are evolutions of the same brick with the same purpose. They were made
in different years, but there may have been overlap with older and newer molds
being in use simultaneously.

First iteration, yellow: stabilization of the side walls by a separator that
links every second pin to the wall.

Second iteration, blue: stabilization wall is lowered by half a plate, so that
it does no longer interfere when placing the brick at a half stud offset on open
studs.

Third iteration, red: improved stability by adding extra stability walls. This
also prevents the not-connected bottom pins to break off.

Fourth iteration, green: reducing the amount of plastic by making the bottom
pins hollow. Accidentally this also adds connectivity for hair accessories with
a 1 mm pin but I don't believe the holes in the brick's bottom pins have
been formally designed for this purpose.

For more these kinds of part evolutions and Lego's history, see also https://www.leggodt.nl

Thank you!!

Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

You may have a production version of these (see picture). I have a bag of these
(~30 or so). I was told there were attached to clothing, for a promo event, somewhere
in Europe (UK I think). These are fully glued, and have a clip on the back which
they used for attachment (so no air tanks). Maybe you have a bunch without the
white clip, or with clip removed.

Paul

YES - out of that entire bag, I do have one that has that same clip (as your
photo) on the back. The other 250 don't. Maybe someone took the time to
take off the clips on the others? No visible marks however. What are you going
to do with yours?

Great information and comments - Appreciate all who took the time - of course
the idea of Dynamite (gave me a laugh) is not as practical as the others. They
maybe began life as a keychain but I don't see any chain attachment points.
So, I think I will leave them alone and not bother to try to unglue. Probably
wind up with an artist who does displays somewhere.
Thanks

Thanks, Noah

Doesn’t compute.  Only LEGO has unopened sets!

No, other folks also have unopened sets. I have some that I bought more than
30 years ago - back then I would save up and buy a nice set for Christmas but
by the time Christmas rolled around, my son would be wanting something different.
I would have bought pirates but he then wanted a Space set. So I just put the
original, unopened set away in my closet and now I have these unopened sets.

Hi - this brick has no number on it. On the bottom inside one of the open holes
it says "R9" very faint. I have tried looking as battery, as motor, as Brick
2x3*, as axle hole, as yellow button. So I don't know what else to search
for. Hoping someone in the community knows what it is. The yellow button does
press in. Looks like the dark grey part should slide but it does not.
Thanks in advance!!

Alrighty, here’s the contest:

Among the packages we dropped off this morning @ 7am Aug 4th, was a package traveling
USPS First Class to Texas (we're in Washington) Be the closest to the delivered
date and time entry, to win.

When the package has shown as “Delivered” I will post the USPS tracking link
to show details and declare the winner.

As it's a prize, we’ll pay the shipping (the right thing to do) And so with
that in mind, only BL members based within the US are eligible. Unless... you
are willing to supply a US address (friends, family, another BL member, etc,
does matter) where the prize can be shipped to. If so, please join in!

Contest rules are few: Two entries per member ~ per 24 hour period. The closest
entry wins. Identical entries are adjudicated by timestamp. Extraneous silliness
is encouraged

Have a little fun!
