Quite a milestone.

I'm surprised 25 million wasn't a big topic of conversation in the forum.
Didn't even know it was coming up. I remember 10 million being a pretty big
deal around here.

Here's the other site that is similar to figureitout https://avbricks.no/#/avsearch

Well this stinks. That's the site I use. Extremely helpful. I know there
is another similar one. I don't know the name but I'm sure somebody reading
the forum does.

The second "member" with 1 feedback to leave this store recent feedback
is a member called bennettforbrick. I assume all the people with 1 feedback are
all fraudulent accounts in an effort to make it look like this store has recent
feedback. And apparently that worked. All these accounts signed up for Bricklink
on December 6th. However, this member "bennettforbrick" also now has
selling privileges. How can someone who just became a member on December 6th
already have selling privileges? And shouldn't this account be looked at
very closely, and at a very minimum suspended pending further documents, since
it is 100% obvious that it is associated with L and N Bricks?

All his feedback appears to be from buyers with only 1 feedback. And he gave
all the buyers their one feedback. All those buyer accounts need to be shut down
immediately too.

Judging by this store's feedback. Get the feeling it was also a hacked account.

Stores like this are the reason I am in favor of removing the option for sellers
to leave feedback on buyers. Even though I am a seller.

Years ago, Ebay removed a seller's ability to leave feedback. The result
was an explosion of buyer extortion and theft. Every transaction has two counter-parties,
and both should be allowed to leave feedback. Even on BL, bad/neutral feedback
is far more damaging to the seller than the buyer.

I leave bad "Positive" feedback in all caps anyway. It at least makes
me feel better, but I know it'll get buried. The return policies on ebay
gets abused and we have no way to warn other sellers. If that happened here,
sellers would riot

Actually, I knew a guy was trying to scam me once with some GI JOE figures I
sent him on Ebay. I checked his feedback and he had a "positive" feedback
left within the last month from a seller that basically detailed the exact same
situation I was dealing with from the buyer. So I contacted the seller who left
the feedback. Since we both had the exact same stories, she called Ebay and they
gave her money back to her. Since my problems were still in the reporting stage,
I called Ebay and they sided with me as well. So leaving "positive" feedback
with great detail can still help out greatly.

I'm so so so fed up with Ebay for so many reasons. I've been transitioning
to other platforms

I'm so glad to hear that worked for someone.

Yeah, I sell vintage toys in general, and of course, flaws exist. Buyers don't
read descriptions and since I don't accept returns, they lie and file "not
as described" claims. I've spent hours on the phone and chat with ebay,
they side with me, end the convo telling me I'll be reimbursed, dont'
do it, and then force a return anyway. Annoying.

If it makes you feel any better, you just described a few of my experiences to
the T. I don't accept returns either. And for the life of me, I don't
understand how somebody can purchase something on Ebay and not take the time
to read the description. What's even more frustrating is the painstaking
effort I take to make all of my listings overly descriptive so there can be zero
confusion.

lego parts because I am making a moc set I had brought the instructions for and
after I got the order which was a big order with 651 pieces the idiots In Texas
has put me in there stop list after being a great buyer and paying for my order
on time

Since you want to go this route and put us on blast I will try to defend me and

Since you want to go this route and put us on blast I will try to defend me and

my incredible staff...on that I agree about your staff working in a big warehouse
and by doing so, you may find yourself on a few more stoplists.? First mike
i didn’t know it will make you this mad plus you forced me to go to the route
dude when I got the order I was pleased but after I saw that I had two missing
pieces and I had paid for to you and I sent you messages to let you know that
that part is missing and in other orders in the past your staff did messed up
orders and sent broken or missing pieces but you should be happy i choose you
for the big order not someone else on bricklink and I expect that you will think
I’ll be rude or anything but this all misunderstanding

Just because you paid for your order doesn't make you a great buyer. We
stop listed you because ... hello look at my other feedback from other sellers mike and your old feedback is great this is all misunderstanding

1. Since placing your order you've sent us 25 Bricklink messages and 8 direct
to email messages (see screenshots). Anything from special requests to now harassing
and calling us idiots.

2. We went out of our way to help find the parts you wanted for a 100+ lot /
1300 + part order. Two people spent 3 hours each searching for exact molds you
requested (not even true BL variations). Some of the requests are confusing and
as soon as we'd figure out the first request we'd have 3 more. Oh and
trying to decipher some of your messages was near impossible.

3. After receiving your order you gave us no margin for error. A better move
for you in the future (for other sellers) might be accepting what you received.
Please note we sent you the correct parts, just not some mold that's not
even considered a variation in the Bricklink Catalog.

4. I looked back on your other 9 orders and they have no doubt been just as challenging
as the last. That was the icing on the cake.

In the end, we completed the order by refunding and/or sending more parts out
as you requested.... ONLY THEN DID I STOP LIST YOU. I'm fine with you leaving
negative feedback. I'll take that "L"

And for anyone who chose to read this far ... I'd like to apologize on behalf
of castlevania64 for wasting your time.

Mike

This is absolute insanity.

Man that bites. I wish you luck getting your funds back.

I would recommend buying your labels on PirateShip.com, I have never had any
issues with them that could not be solved by chatting with a real human, usually
while I'm online with the customer service agent. PirateShip also now integrates
with PayPal and the customer service is nearly Lego CS levels. Additionally,
the reports on PirateShip are far better than anything I ever saw on shipstation.

Not a paid promotion, just a very satisfied customer.

-- John

Yeah I just signed up and switched over to Pirate Ship. I didn't realize
they have Paypal integrated so the addresses forms are already filled out. Plus
they have a customer service phone number. Shipstation might have the worst customer
service of any company I have ever dealt with. No phone number. Just stupid chats.
Usually AI. And they actually took the entire weekend off until Tuesday which
just seems preposterous to me. And the number one reason I hated that paypal
switched to shipstation is that shipstation doesn't let you pay with credit
cards. Pirate Ship does accept credit cards. Probably lost out on about 800$
in the last year from shipstation not accepting credit cards. I only started
using Pirate Ship about an hour ago but it seems head and shoulders over shipstation
to me. My personal opinion and two cent recommendation to fellow Bricklinkers,
I'd highly recommend to start using Pirate Ship.

They usually refund it right back to you. Sometimes it may take a little while
longer. If you don't receive your refund automatically back by tomorrow,
you should just call paypal and have it taken care of.
