If they just scrape the prices from bricklink, you should lower your prices:

I don't think you can do this yourself.
I tried ordering 1 1x1 plate, and got to this, when selecting direct paypal checkout:
Shipping & Handling
GBP 4.85
(~EUR 5.68)
VAT
GBP 1.03
(~EUR 1.20)
and 2 cents for the plate itself. I live in NL.
