  Hello everybody,
can someone tell me how to appear on Brickeconomy with my bricklink shop?
Thank you

If they just scrape the prices from bricklink, you should lower your prices:
https://www.brickeconomy.com/set/5005254-1/lego-harry-potter-minifigure-collection
you ask ~50, looks like they show the +/-20 cheapest?

I see my listing appear here, but I did not even know brick economy before you
mentioned it:

I don't think you can do this yourself.
I tried ordering 1 1x1 plate, and got to this, when selecting direct paypal checkout:

Shipping & Handling
GBP 4.85
(~EUR 5.68)

VAT
GBP 1.03
(~EUR 1.20)

and 2 cents for the plate itself. I live in NL.

Just ask them. If you paid, then there is most likely nothing more you can do
to deserve positive feedback.

I have the whole weekend ahead and a lot
of time to add bricks to my store

You could download brickstore, and start inventorying.
After you open your store, upload the brickstock file.
Enjoy!

I leave feedback directly receiving payment. nothing more the buyer can to deserve
a +1 once he has paid.
I get feedback from 60% of all transactions.

Sometimes, for low feedback buyers, with paypal, I hold my feedback for a bit
longer.

Yes, you can.
Go to the set ( not the inventory of the set).
From here you can add the set to your wanted list, but also ( right below that
button)
Part it out to your wanted list: all items will be added on your wanted list.

I don't think you need a password to re-open your store. Go here:

I think he is trying it here: https://store.bricklink.com/TheLastBrick#/terms
there is a password field and "unlock store" button, but that is for cusotmers
that you provide with a password (not your password) only so they can shop with
you even though the shop is closed.

  Hi

For part 47154c01, Electric, Motor 9V 4 x 4 x 3 1/3, would it be possible to
differentiate between the two different colour bases (dark gray and dark bluish
gray)? At present there is only one option?

Reason I ask is that I think (I may be wrong), but set 4094 uses dark gray, set
4895 uses dark bluish gray. I just received the one on the right from a BL seller
to replace the original one on the left which doesn't work. Not really the
seller's fault, but no way of knowing when checking the BL inventory.

Thanks

Seems like a pretty easy fix. Two inventories to correct and 2 pictures to upload.
Can you take individual pics of the Dark Gray on and the Dark Bluish Gray one?

Then the name if the item:

Part No: 47154c01 Name: Electric, Motor 9V 4 x 4 x 3 1/3 (Undetermined Type)
*
47154c01 Electric, Motor 9V 4 x 4 x 3 1/3 (Undetermined Type)
Parts: Electric, Motor
Marked for Deletion

becomes "Electric, Motor 9V 4 x 4 x 3 1/3 with transparent top" ??

Can someone please explain to me why if I purchase, for example Bar, 4L light
bluish gray NEW from a particular store, it can have multiple different prices.
In this case I wanted 16 and this store had 2 at 1 price, 3 at another price,
5 at still another price, 2 at the first price but listed separately and another
4 again at the first price but listed still separately. Thanks

I see several reasons:
* not consolidating lots (duh)
* just picking a certain price-point during upload (avg of last 6 months might
change over time)
* an intended automated price increase: item gets more expensive when the cheap
ones are sold, the expensive ones will remain
* Some shops offer higher sale-% for items that are in stock for longer time:
you buy the older lot, you pay less.
* maybe they have singles, bags of 10 and bags of 50.... that makes 3 lots.

Just pick the best lot for you

I recently found out that is has some downside for the seller:
I was looking for 500 of the same piece. It was just luck that I found the shop
that had 10 lots listed for the same piece and color: each with 50-100 items.
It would never show up when I looked for "minimum 200"

Why I'm asking for advise, is that Walmart sells Lego brick sets with 1500
pieces for $40, but it doesn't have the colors we want. So it seems the per
piece price can go down to under 3 cents.

Is there a better approach to buying larger amounts of new bricks when you want
specific colors and sizes?

That 40$ set will have all kinds of colors, and shapes.

PaB wall in Lego-stores are a great place, but they have a low variety.
Consider buying 3 orders of ~50 instead of 1 order with ~160, and see if the
extra shipping fee is covered by lower brick-prices. Consider sending an email,
maybe if you by an entire lot of say 150 or 200 pieces, you can get a better
price?

Consider buying a bunch of a single set that has a lot of pieces that you need:
if you find a small set with a lot of LBG bricks, it might be worth to buy a
lot of them, parting them out (and maybe selling the rest via bricklink?)

And then the design:
* maybe redesign a bit: put random color inside the moc (if there is any inside):
cheaper, easier to find, maybe you already have a bunch of them?
* Try using 2 1x4 bricks instead of 1 2x4 brick if those are cheaper. (same for
other sizes)
* Use 2x6 or 2x10 too, maybe those are cheaper (per stud)

... ordinary shipping without tracking ...

What would you do or do about it?

I switched to "always track and trace" 6 months ago. It's a bit more expensive
for the buyer.
As a side effect all 10-cent/ 1-part orders are now gone, and I think some of
them now turned into 5 euro-orders. Overall, it looks like my total turnaround
is not changed.

My main reason for the change: I like lego (building, sorting, cataloging), but
I don't like packing lego. I used to keep fiddling with the weight: more
padding, less padding... Ending up for example at 51 grams: ow no! one extra
stamp needed...

With T&T, my price for 0-1000g is all just the same. I even bought those flat
3cm boxes for easier shipping, since weight does not matter that much anymore.

I think you can just merge:
* change the name of one of them to include both setnrs (or no setnr at all)
* change the inventory for one of the sets so they both contain the same sticker
* mark the other one for deletion

In the first step, please pick the one that has the most items for sale or the
biggest amount of recent transactions, to save sellers a bit of time/keep priceguide
data.
