Why would you remove the NSS? You could always go through who you paid with.

| Just my opinion here, but 258,000 parts is a lot to have in bags. In my eyes
it would be very inefficient to pull an order. With that amount of inventory,
you should be bringing in enough $ to purchase some type on bin system. No one
says you have to buy 100 of them all at once. 3-4 per month would get you going
in the right direction. We can debate all day on which bin system is the best,
but anything is better than nothing. I use mostly Akro Mils, but have a few other
brands/sizes in my store to fit where needed. And I do use some bag storage for
large quantity lots. The bins can get pricey, but worth it in the end.

That is very pricey minifigure. You should have listed any flaws in the description
field. Not saying what you sent was bad. It looks like a decent used torso to
me, but for that kind of money you really need to be specific. In saying that,
the buyer probably should have asked some questions before the purchase. I know
I would have.

You're not doing anything wrong, just slow this time of year. You're
store has clear terms and good shipping prices. The orders will come. Keep adding.
Also remember there is a lot of competition out there. The more lots and parts
you have the more you will stand out from the others.

Maybe they are trying to figure out where your order went. If they sent you someone
else's order, its a good chance they sent your order to them. And maybe the
other customer is not as understanding as you. That's not exactly an excuse
though. The seller should be communicating with you every step of the way.

| More lots and more parts equal more sales, generally speaking. Personally, I
have double the amount of parts than what I had last year at this time, but my
sales have not doubled. They have gone up some, but not to where I had hoped.

| With the small amount of inventory you have, it may be best to discount your
parts 10, 20, or 30% and try to move as much as you can that way. It may end
up being a bit more work shipping the orders, but then at least you get more
$$ for your stuff.

| @legoranger00...Im glad you changed your mind on this. Over my 3 years of selling
Ive had to buy from other stores to fill an order or correct a mistake a handful
of times. Once just last week. One day it will happen to you.
If the store does it correctly, you wouldn't even know you were shipping
to their customer unless they told you. All they need to do is change the shipping
address when they checkout. No real reason to ask "can you ship to this address
instead?"

Good to hear you're doing well...
Don't neglect your post surgery meds to stave off clotting and to keep your
blood thinned. The ol'ticker needs as much help as you can give it, now.

Thanks for the advice. They have me on all sorts of stuff.
At the moment just taking orders. No adding for another week or two.
I also have wife and daughter to help with the hundreds of orders I hope to get.
That's not going to happen, but one can hope.
