I understand that I will have to refund and take it as one of those things if
nothing arrives in another week or so.
I tried the using the order ref number on the royal mails website but no luck
sadly,
Ah well fingers crossed for the next week and if not I’ll send a refund,
Thanks everyone
|
Have you tried this page - https://send.royalmail.com/payment/find?
Use the details from the confirmation email received from Royal Mail at the time
of purchase and hopefully you should be able to see the documents they provide
to print the label from. I believe the tracking number is the small (as in small
print) number printed above the QR code.
Hope this is of some help

Sorry, but I don't want to rain on your parade as you are doing such sterling
work with counterparts - but I think you have listed these changes against the
wrong set.
This set is from 1976 - so instructions are only on a printed sheet - not a booklet.
Also Scala is listed as being from 1990's, far too late for this set.
Keep up the good work it is appreciated.

Please don't be offended, - but check your store terms.
There are some spelling mistakes, and the wording does not quite read right.

| Hi
Finally changing to instant checkout but unclear on one thing - how do I add/adjust
the weight of an order to include the packaging weight? For example, if there
are two weight thresholds, say, £1 for 100g or less and £2 for 101g to 250g,
how do I factor in say 20g for packaging so if a buyer orders 85g of parts it
will bill them for £2 packaging not the £1 level?
Thanks, and sorry if that was a bit long-winded but it's confusing me.
|
It confused me when I was setting up instant checkout.
Basically in order to fit Royal Mail's weight bands so customers are not
overcharged on postage, you need to reduce your weight limits so that
when packaging is added it fits to the right band.
So taking your example of 85g plus 20g packaging, your weight band should read
1-80gm - £1
81gm - 230gm - £2. And so on.
Feel free to have a look at my terms page for my shipping chart. Have had no
problems since setting it up. Hope this helps.

Hello Linda,
Did a small test and it is looking good.
As far as I can tell you are ready for an order from the Netherlands.

Thank you so much for taking the time to check for me. It is very much appreciated.
Order has been received, invoiced and paid for. Time now to suss out all the
paperwork needed for the parcel.

How do I change the status back to any other then completed, so I can cancel
the order and have the items back into my inventory?
|
Can you change the order status back with the Edit Order button?
|
|
After separating the payment and orderstatus columns in the settings,
is it possible to change the payment status to none and then change the order
status?
|
I too have the same problem. Payment and order status are in two separate columns.
Payment status set to none. Order status column is set to complete, but cannot
be altered as the drop-down arrow is greyed out. On edit order page there is
no option to change the status.
Can anyone help?

Really puzzled by this.
What is the reasoning / logic for this description for a part which is clearly
1 x 2, until it is attached to a similar 1 x 2 part, which then becomes a 1 x
4 part with a hinge/swivel in the middle, but only then. If you followed the
description of attaching and together, descriptively
it would make a piece 1 x 8.

| I have been looking for this part in the catalogue have now discovered
that is marked for deletion.
That's OK, I can understand why.
But what I don't understand is why are the two individual bricks
and are listed as being 1 x 4 when they are really 1 x 2 individually
and only make a 1 x 4 when joined. I have been searching for a hinge brick 1
x 2. Is a catalogue change needed?
Thanks for reading

PS Avoid the Tamar bridge if you can. Has resurfacing work going on, which is
