| Unfortunately, shipping from Denmark with tracking is extemely expesive. Around
3-4x extra cost. It is not like the US.
The buyer know about it, then proceeds to telling PayPal that I didn't offer
payment, before eveing contacting me about finding a solution.
I would gladly have investigated the matter, or issued or coupon for new items
or similar, as I offer a high level service to my customers

Check your glasses
The order was chosen as "no tracking" by the buyer, the PayPal claim
states "the seller didn't provide tracking"
Nowhere have I stated that the buyer didn't get it, but she chose this shipping
method, not me. I am only nice to offer a variety of methods to my honest buyers.

You can take responsibility, you choose to try to avoid it. You are not allowed
to use unfair terms, and it is pretty meaningless anyway if you have agreed to
paypal's terms.

The other option would be not to offer this service
Over 1000 buyers this year chose this service, and are happy with it, as it is
cheap and reliable
I feel sorry for all those honest members, if I should remove this option, and
force them to pay extra, because of one bad fish trying to exploit me

They have 536 positive feedback for buying. Not a single negative, even from
you. Naming and shaming like this in the forum with no evidence is not good.

A buyer chooses option B knowing about the risk, then after trying to exploit
me, for being nice about offering several methods to match the different buyer's
preferences.
How is that fair?

I do offer responsibility of tracked shipments
It was only around 35-40 days underways, this is not uncommon for sending letters
across continents. I think the buyer will get it later this month.
Anyways, I would appreciated the buyer trying to contact me for a solution, as
I could have investigated this with the post office, as they could actually track
it in their closed systems.

This buyer chose to have his order shipped cheaply with no tracking. I offer
several methods to suit my buyer's preferences.
Then proceeded to make a PayPal claim that seller didn't provide tracking
info

I messed up my updated inventory with Bricksync, and I am having problems restroring
it
The log file says that backup no. 00182 was created after checking I have 580k
parts in my Bricklink inventory
16:39:17 INFO: BrickLink inventory has 579960 items in 7971 lots.
16:39:17 INFO: Saving backup of BrickLink inventory at "data\backups\2023-08-19\00182.bsx".
But when i open the 00182 file in Brickstock, it has the old inventory of 390k
parts
My new parts are put into drawers which I noted in the remark field, so now they
are impossible for me to find, as I can not simply upload them again
Please advice!

| The 40199 is not Lego House but Billund Airport located very close by. It is
the only exclusive set from the airport shop, and not availiable anymore
