evidence with the police.

Some years ago I had a problem in other way, I sold a set, the buyer says didnt
receive it, and I refund it, but how I know he didnt receive it? The seller can
say it send it and I didnt receive it, but will see what can I do

Ok, I think I have done it right, but there was some high fees when I had almost
not sold nothing, so I dont know

Fees are credited if the order is canceled using the order cancelation process
correctly.

of fees, I would like to ask if when an order is cancelled, we still have to

Hello, now the user has put me a non shipping alert and continues to say that
the part dont has the LEGO logo on it, who I can contact from the administration

This concept has been discussed numerous times in the forum about parts not including
the LEGO logo somewhere on it. Smaller parts will not have this or only a (C)
to denote that they are authentic. Even then, this is not always present as
some individual parts do not have the space to include them with out interfering
with the appearance of the part. I would point them to other threads in the
forum (just search "Lego Logo") and you'll find other people talking about
this. If they are still persistent, I would just refund and then you can block
them as a buyer if you don't want to deal with it again in the future.

pics of this part with the LEGO pattern, but he says that 3 days ago and have
not sent nothing, maybe is trying to make some fakes and then sent me the photos,
I dont know.
He's trying to scam me and make me stupid and I will not refund him because
a thing thats not true, sorry, but dont try to cheat me

Have you told the buyer that not every authentic Lego part has the Lego name/logo
on it? Some of these flowers are old, they pre-date microprinting

saying the parts are not LEGO, because dont have the Brand LEGO name on it, but
this parts dont have it, so what I can do to try to fix this

That's not allowed - you may never charge more than the exact amount of fees
that was incurred, per EU legislation. 5% might be more than the exact amount
in some cases.
Additionally, PayPal restricts seller's right to pass on any fees at all
in some countries, so you would need to consult the Portuguese PayPal terms (PayPal
likes to keep this myth alive that they are "free" even though they are greedy).

Lastly, in several countries (most notably US and UK) passing on payment fees
is not common practice, and buyers from those countries may be discouraged from
buying if they see you do.

You could:
- charge everyone the same regardless of payment method
- give a 5% discount to buyers who don't, or some other bonus or freebie
- undercharge the amount (e.g. add 3% for PayPal)

To set a payment processing fee, look under "Insurance & Additional Charges",
then at "Handling fees" select "Payment processing fee".
