I'm waiting for an answer for 2 months to remove one nss.
I don't know what else to do.

In General, bricksinbloom writes:
How long on average is it taking for the help desk to respond?
My account is currently sitting with two nss despite providing bricklink with
the details it needs to remove them.
In the past it would be sorted overnight but it's been about 2 weeks I believe.
I'm scared to open a new ticket in case it goes back to the end of the queue
again

Good Luck with HelpDesk to remove it.
I'm still waiting after 2 month for them to solve the problem.

Delayed order now shipped, how do I clear it.

Thanks in advance

For the past days, after new bugs discovered I have few problems:
No messages for orders received.
No messages about invoices I sent.
Log in is again a pain.
I have to log in few times a day and always get a 404 error(I checked the "Keep
me signed" box every time).
Please give us some update.
Thank you.

Tried two different browsers. Same.

Now Brave will not load bricklink at all, hopefully this post will go through.

  Hi,

I have an order from a buyer whom I sold to before. Now he ordered from a new
profile, the other one has buying privileges revoked.
I don’t really know how to proceed from that. Do I request BL merge profiles,
or am I supposed to open the cancellation process for this order?
What will happen to the order when profiles are merged?
I didn’t find too much info on that issue, other than it’s a violation of TOS.

Thanks

Sorry, but I think this is none of your business. This is the typical German
attitude to control and report your neighbors for about anything. We have seen
in the past 3 years where this leads to.

  Hello All,

It's with a heavy heart that I am forced to leave you all for a while. No
idea in the foreseeable future when I will back. Know I will miss this place,
the members and playing with Lego!

If you aren't there already, many of you will be one day. I am in pretty
intense elder care mode. I have been for 10+ years, but with age comes the increasing
need for intervention in all things. My mother just turned 94, amazing. She still
lives alone in our family home and I want to keep it that way until I/she can't.
It is a pretty exhausting time and emotionally intensive job. What was 1 day
a week is now 4, and constantly on call for problems. The home infrastructure
is also crumbling - so scrambling for contractors for many issues - and we all
know the pain that can be.

One day, I will have time again and hoping I still have the stamina/knowledge
to make a presence once more.

all the best, Judith

Be strong and take care.

Can you "Link" the Transaction on ShipStation with the order on BL?
You click the transaction number on the email from SS and takes you to PP where
you find is just a SS transaction. No name, no address.
Can you print on the label the half page with payment made?
No there are only 2 options for printing.
These are my 2 big experience I don't like.

I can't. Payment is checked and is gray.

Make sure that the order status is "Pending"

Order status: "Pending"
Payment status: "None"

Usually does the trick. You can separate the order status from the payment status
in your order settings.

I think there’s something about separating payment status from order status…
but don’t ask me where.

I did everything on the books.
I can change the order status but not the payment.

And change the paymentstatus.

I asked the Admin. a year ago or so about this CC missing when I made payment
for orders and was no answer from them.
When I pay for BRICKLINK fees is there.
Maybe you will be lucky to have an answer from them.

In Payment Methods, rikitikitaviguy writes:
  Hello,

So I'm trying to pay for an item with IC so the tax for my state is collected
etc. I'm paying with PayPal and I want to use my PayPal Mastercard.

But after I click the PAY button on the BL order, the PayPal Mastercard is NOT
listed as a payment method.

I even went into PayPal and made it my 'preferred' method. But when
I logout and try BL IC again, now it wants to make my bank account the 'preferred'
method and again, the PayPal MC is not listed as a choice.

BTW, there is more than enough available credit on the card to accommodate the
purchase in case that's what you were thinking.

Any help to keep me from calling them (time constraints) would be appreciative.

Thanks,
LM

I received a 1099-K form from PayPal this year reporting my gross income. I understand
this value includes Bricklink sales tax and Bricklink fees. My actual profit
is about 1/4 of this value. When I plug this gross value into my tax forms, it
says the amount I owe is 50% of my profit for the year! I’m a student and haven’t
filed taxes since high school when I worked easy to file minimum wage jobs. How
am I supposed to report Bricklink sales? I can’t lose 3,400 of my 5000 profit
for the year. Any guidance on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Download the Schedule C from IRS and read the instructions.

Do it!

I had enough of these in the last few weeks that waiting 2 full weeks is painful
to complete them.

I don't mind the 1 week to pay before it is started. But another full 7 days
to complete the NPB is not necessary.

I would propose 3 additional days and that is it. Let us get our stock back
in our stores to sell to someone else instead of being held at our will for 14
full days when 10 is plenty enough.

I can't be the only one that feels this way and 14 days might have worked
10-15 years ago when access to Smart-Phones wasn't as widespread, but these
days, you can't go far without having the ability to respond. Thanks

I asked for this years ago and nothing was changed.
If a buyer want to pay with a money order or check the seller knows and wait
more than 4 days.

In Suggestions, makaio writes:
For BrickLink administrators and anyone interested,

I'm happy to work with people who are polite and communicate about delaying
orders for changes, or for payment reasons.

However for buyers who neither pay nor communicate, I don't understand why
a seller should have to wait a week before starting the additional week-long
NPB process.

I realize there a different ways to handle non-paying non-communicating buyers,
but I for one prefer and appreciate the NPB process -- it helps me, and it
helps our community.

I just don't get why I have to wait a week to start it, on behalf of impolite
people.

Recommend changing the post-invoice pre-NPB wait period to three days, or four
at most.

Thanks for anyone's time, Matthew
