| A buyer contacted me last night as he couldn't place an order because PayPal
denied the payment as the order was not updated.
I said to them to place it choosing IBAN and then I would change it back to PayPal
and they were able to pay this way.
Then I noticed due an error in my inventory software that the order contained
a duplicated lot, image attached, does anyone know how this could happen?

Since a few years that I'm using my inventory software I didn't notice
any discrepancies of stock that weren't a problem by me, just the eventual
stockroom items to manually delete.

| Just found this directive that was suppose to be effective since May 2022 and
is just for Business as far as I know:
Restrictions on price manipulation
The EU Omnibus Directive requires businesses to make pricing more transparent
for customers.
If a trader says that a discount is available, the base price to which the discount
is being applied must have been available for at least a month before the discount
was publicized.
