Seems a problem that happens sometimes to stores with OSS enabled but without
VAT enabled.

| Dear CE_Tanja,
I am a Dutch seller who have just exceeded the threshold of €10,000,-
We filled in and uploaded the OSS-distance selling in november 2021 as requested
to make sure we can sell in all EU countries and calculate the correct VAT rate
for every EU country.
But we are blocked for selling to other EU countries because of the threshold
of €10,000,-.
But the OSS-document make sure we can sell above €10.000,- abroad.
In short: The OSS-distance selling don't work, while all forms are filled
in correcty by us. Could you advice us on how to proceed?
We are a professional company with employees and we are missing a lot of EU orders
now, so this is really hurting our business at the moment. Hopefully you can
reply soon with a solution.

of you, we are setting up an online sessions to take you through the new guidelines
in more detail as well as addressing your concerns. The online session will take
place this Friday at 9-10 am PST
During the meeting you will have the option to write additional questions in
the session chat and have them answered directly in the session to the best of
our ability.
In order to participate in the session you will need to sign up, in order to
sign up, please write to CE_Tanja and share the email you would like to participate
with and we will invite you to the session. The deadline for signing up is Thursday
1/6 at 9 am PST.
There is a limit of 350 participants. Participation will be on a first come first
serve basis. We will be recording the session for those of you that are unable
to participate, this way you will be able to watch the recording afterwards.

Yes Bricklink means sales within EU, but outside the Netherlands in your case.
