| Hello,
it would be nice to have the option to create a general coupon what i can give
to customers for example what they can use the next time. At the moment there
is only the option to create a coupon directly to one user.
Whats your opinion?

| Hi,
i think it would be nice if i could not only update the normal prices to 3 decimals
but also the sale prices to 3 decimals.

been positive so far we are still waiting for either a confirmation that it will
become available (and when) or a reason why it cannot be done.
We have had good feedback from several of the UK's stores and wonder what
others around the globe feel.
This should give us the ability to deal with our inventories on a more accurate
basis and , if there are any gremlins in Bricklink's system, point them out.
Thoughts?

We currently log individual part transaction history (inward and outward) using
the API, so it's definitely doable, but there are obviously more pressing
tasks for the development team. Nothing to stop sellers doing it for themselves
if they have a mind to do so.
To that end, I'd be interested to know if there's any serious interest
from sellers for a non-programmer's guide to utilising the BL API?
As a recently converted non-programmer myself, it's something I've considered
writing, but with free time being a finite resource, it all too easy to find
reasons for not embarking on such a project, especially when the potential audience
for such a manual is unknown.

Hi
in what way you use the api to see the changes for each part ?

ok hmm then i have to use the "decrease my cost" function with round to 3 decimals.
Then i have no items on sale but the price is cheaper for this parts.

| Hi
it would be nice if every user would have his address and name as a normalized
form.
Especially in aspect to the use of the API to work with the address for shipping
and invoice.

| Hi
i did not found this option. So ist needs only on option to round all lots which
have a sale to 3 decimal. Because often the prices with sale have 4 decimals.
Or is there a way to do that what i want ?

| Hi
is there a reason why the description field is empty ?
In Suggestions, StudsOnTop writes:
| Hi Admin,
When using the XML Order download page here:
http://www.bricklink.com/orderExcel.asp
If you download one or more orders in XML format, then the
tags are always empty (see example below) whereas you'd expect the CategoryID
value to be in there.
Any chance the value could be inserted if it's not too time consuming to do?
For now, I can get around it by looking up the CategoryID of each item in the
downloaded master catalog, but it's adding additional processing time for each
lot ordered. Not a huge issue, but I figured I'd best report it in case it's
just an oversight.
Many thanks.
Example of an XML order lot with the empty Category value:
