I've sent a couple of invoices this morning (AU time) and both are missing

My first one affected was sent at 19.54 BrickLink time. Anyone else having the
same problem?

Judy

Hi,

Thanks for the heads up...I got the same problem...So I sent a message by the
order comments dept which seems to work.

  Hallo everybody,
can someone tell me if both Grievous capes are original or one is fake? Maybe
someone still has the originals in stock or knows, as with some other things,
that there were different productions. The right one also feels more like plastic
on the print side and not like a classic 522.
Thanks and best regards, Michael

Hi,

I have checked my 2 New capes and both are dark gray(like the left one)...back
sides are reddish brown.

Hope this helps

Is this the right place to add information to a catalogue item? If not, please
let me know.
Anyway I've got some interesting insights on this item, and maybe it could
be added to the catalogue.

Recently I bought the Set 4000001-1 (Moulding Machines). My set is not one of
the 68 items but one of 60.

This is the information I got from the seller:
x/68 sets were given to participants of the Lego Inside Tour.
x/60 have been a present to executives and special employees (that helped building
the mexican factory) of Lego.

I can send more proof to admins if necessary.
Please understand that I have to black out the number. The seller is otherwise
clearly identifiable.

FYI There were different LIT sessions each year..I think 3 or 4 per year...and
each time there was a package of about 60 to 80 numbered sets handed out to the
participants and legostaff around the event...also some were kept aside for the
lego vaults.

In 2014 they decorated the back of the set with a photo of the participants and
lego team of each session.

Danke im vorraus.

Das ist in den "Terms" nachzulesen.

Indeed, there’s no automatic way to choose stores according to their fees.  You
have to read the terms of each store

The only thing that comes near is filtering stores with Instant Checkout: that
way, you’ll know the total price before committing to the order.

....or ask for a quote if that option is available...well hidden at the end of
checkout process.

This is the ugliest plane I have ever seen in an official set. Someone was paid
good money to design this and came up with that. Someone is paid good money

ok we will release it. I'm being paid nothing to say it's hideous.

won't win any prizes it at least looks like the plane used.

Yes it's all better than Jack Stone, but that's a very low bar to clear.

+1 ...told my grandson last saturday in the toy shop that this set was probably
made by a junior designer with a hangover on a mondaymorning.

Hello,

After the buyer has paid...bricklink will send you the VAT invoice for this order.
Print it and stick it in a transparant ziplock bag on the back of your package. Also
stick a CN 22 or CN 23 form on your package.

Too be honest, since I can't zoom on the picture, I do not see the damage
on them. Link to a zoomable picture please.

This picture already shows these used tiles magnified...on my laptop...I would
surely mention the condition...and most probably leave them in my own collection//charity

Parts: Minifigure, Body Wear {White}

I found these in a lot that only contains real LEGO and many others parts from
the sets they come from are there and real so I'm pretty sure those two are
genuine too.

I know this "problem" comes often in discussions for many parts that's why
I'm actually trying to create a list of them or I should say a list of some
of them...

Thanks to anyone that would be kind enough to check for me !

If a minifigure has been built and only display it is still used.

a miniFIGURE only becomes a miniFIGURE after it has been assembled, not before..then
its a set,puzzle,parts....but not a minifigure Yet....like to buy my new car
assembled too

Good analogy, except for one glaring oversight.

Unlike a "new car" purchase, we buy Lego for the expressed purpose of assembling,
the process itself. Otherwise, Lego would cease to be a building toy and would
mainly sell assembled sets, including minifigures therein.

Not every shop on bl is the same Cory...mine mainly sells minifigures...a separate
category in the inventory...and I sell them as presented in the bricklink catalog...very
handy when you have many look alikes with minor differences...of course those
who want to constuct can buy pieces or sets.

If you were to go to the LEGO store, would you ask "Do you have the Chevrolet
Camaro Z28", or ask "Do you have the set of parts to build a Chevrolet Camaro
Z28"? If you ask the former question, and they show up with a new box for set
10304, would you then complain that you asked for the car, not its building parts
and instructions?

Semantics are just that - semantics. They don't bear relevancy on this particular
issue.

Never went to a legoshop to buy a car...I go to a car dealer for that...so your
answer is quite moot...You are mixing up sets and minifigures....like apples
and oranges.

The value of the parts is 149,3 EUR, and shipping is 6,9 EUR. Bricklink has calculated
the VAT on the total of that, but should that have been done?

The value is 156,2 EUR, and is above the 150 EUR limit.

The order were sent with IOSS number and all correct labels and documentation.

Who is correct: the German customs service or Bricklink?

Helge

Happened to me too with an order from you...value without shipping below Euro
150.
With a label Tax Paid...one could spot from a mile away...nevertheless they managed
to tax me twice(taking in account order value and shipping costs)...postal services
are very happy they can cash their handlingcosts(Euro 15...or double if order
is +Euro 150)...you can always protest afterwards....and waste a lot of time...and
end up nowhere....my next orders will be over the treshold.

the low value of the sale I didn't sent it tracked just international standard.
If the figures don't arrive I will refund the full amount, but just wondering
how long would be a reasonable time to wait?

I've had items stuck in customs for weeks sometimes (record is nearly a month)
so it could just be stuck in the system, although a month seems excessive. Just
wondering if there's a generally agreed time beyond which you should just
refund the buyer?

TIA

Package to greece takes 1 to 2 months to arrive, their customs dept has a serious
backlog for more then a year now.
